Great service from start to finish. Very thorough report issued and a very quick turnaround.

Brian visited our new build Taylor Wimpey property to undertake a post-completion inspection. We paid around £390 which for the service that has been provided by Brian has been well worth it. Brian checked the roof with a drone and loft space in addition to under manhole covers and insulation/temperature inside the property. The report was sent to us later that afternoon and we have been able to submit this to the developer for further review.

We had tried another snagging company prior to Premier Snag who had no availability. We were able to chose a date/time and were able to request a date earlier than those available with other snagging services.

Thank you Brian!

Herman was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job identifying and documenting the snags throughout the house. His attention to detail was impressive, and the report was clear and comprehensive. I would definitely recommend his services.

Tom visited my house to carry out an after sale snag report .

He was extremely thorough , I felt as though he was on a mission to leave no stone unturned . He was also very knowledgeable and obviously has a lot of experience in the building industry .

I was also impressed that he was happy to point out where works had been carried out to an exceptional standard which was reassuring .

Overall I felt I had a very professional service with much attention to detail by an incredibly respectful, polite and genuinely nice guy .

Thanks Tom
Annie

I would highly recommend premier snag to anyone who is interested in doing snagging for their new build house. snagger Tim Donohue performed snagging and he picked the issues which are hard to find as an owner to the house. he spent nearly 4 to 5 hours in the property and checked everything thoroughly which made me to feel happier and for the amount i paid to the snagging. (premier snag prices are very reasonable compared other snagging companies).
He even explained how to deal with the snags and how to deal with the developer.

David was able to accomodate a survey at relatively short notice, was friendly and professional when talking to him in person, took the time needed to complete a thorough pre-completion inspection, and promptly provided a well detailed report. Which is everything you need from a survey!

Taylor Wimpey 3 bed detached. Very reassuring report! Brian was prompt and identified a lot of issues I didnt even think to look. I got the report the same day. Glad to see its all minor things.

Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Brian was incredibly helpful in explaining what the report entailed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly.

I am also very grateful that the report was sent on the same day. This enabled us to submit it within the 3 days timeframe that was requested, which was greatly appreciated.

Thank you once again for the outstanding service. It was a pleasure working with your team.

We recently had a pre-snag inspection on our 3-bedroom detached house and were very impressed with the service from Premier Snag. Craig and his colleague were professional, thorough, and identified far more issues than we expected. The report was delivered the same day and was extremely detailed and easy to follow. Highly recommend Premier Snag for anyone buying a new-build home.

From the first phone call to book a snagging survey with Premier Snag their booking department was communicative & accommodating . David the surveyor was extremely diligent in his survey he spotted over 54 defects in the two bed new property that I would have missed. The final report was detailed & easy for me to follow given me reassurance dealing with the developer. I would highly recommend Premier Snag.

We used Premier Snag to carry out the snagging survey on the new build property we purchased. The booking process was quick and straighforward, they have been very helpful and responsive both before and after the booking. The survey was carried out smoothly and we received the report shortly after. Overall we were really happy with the service and would recommend it.

Good communication and fast response. A professional and detailed report can be received within 24 hours.

Premier snag were great! Initially their website had an offer of a discounted rate but when i came to book the offer was removed. But they still allowed me to use it.
Our snagger, Herman, was very detailed and took time to explain to us all the issues he had found and answered lots of questions.
There was an issue with our report with it not being in sync with the photos but they sorted it out pretty quickly. I would recommend premier snag to any new build buyers!

Me and my partner used Premier Snag recently after moving into our new build. We are first time buyers so wanted peace of mind and Tim was absolutely brilliant - lovely bloke, really personable, did a brilliant, professional job and really put out minds at ease. Brilliant service all round!

Amazing team! I had a last minute enquiry and they made it work throughout, from finding a slot and providing a report quickly. Desmond did our inspection and he was great. Impeccable attention to details and super friendly.

We used Premier Snag to do the snagging for our new-build one-bedroom flat in North London.
We met the inspector David on 30 May morning and he spent 2.5 hours to do a very thorough check. After that he did show us / explain to us some of the major issues then by 9am the next day we got our report which identified 79 issues.
The report is comprehensive and all issues are circled on the photos taken for easy follow-up by the developer.
We are happy about David's service, efficiency, responsiveness and professional knowledge.

Tim arrived on time and carried out a thorough inspection on our new house . He was there a few hours and identified over a hundred snags most of which we would never have found. As to Premier, I was very impressed that they could do an inspection the next day after me calling. Thanks Tim

I recently used Premier Snag for a Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) and was very impressed with the quality of the service.
Our inspector, Brian, was exceptionally professional and a genuinely kind person to work with. He made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand, which took a lot of the stress out of the day.
The snagging itself was done perfectly. Brian has an excellent eye for detail and caught numerous things that I completely overlooked, documenting everything clearly for the builders to fix.
I would highly recommend Premier Snag and Brian to anyone looking for a reliable, precise, and professional home inspection.

We booked a snagging report for a new build property we just bought. I cannot recommend this company enough and the report is worth every penny. Booking was super easy online and we had a variety of dates offered. I was able to book a Saturday which meant I did not have to take leave from work. The day before our visit, Brian our snagger, contacted me to confirm the time of arrival. He was with us first thing early morning as agreed. He was exceptionally thorough during the visit and was happy to talk to us about his observations and offer us some helpful advice as newby home oweners. We received the full report the same day and it was VERY detailed and thorough. I have handed to my Barratts Rep and they were familiar and happy with the company and confirmed they would follow the recommendations in the report for us. I would highly recommend this company and thank you Brian for your professional service.

Really happy with the service from Premier Snag. Brian carried out the snagging inspection on our 3 bedroom new build house and was very thorough throughout. He picked up a lot of issues and small details that we definitely wouldn’t have noticed ourselves, which gives us peace of mind before moving in. The report was clear, detailed, and easy to send back to the developer. Overall a very smooth and helpful service, would definitely recommend to anyone buying a new build home. Thanks Brian!
