We booked premier snag for our new build house inspection. They (Brian) called the day before and arrived promptly. He was professional and was very thorough with the inside and outside checks. He sent the report early the next day which was detailed, easy to understand and we were able to locate the areas each item belonged to. We would also like get them back to check that all snags have been addressed as we are very confident with the service they provide. Thank you.

Visited by Matthew in the morning, he was on time, provided a thorough explanation of the process, listened to my concerns, and then spent the morning doing a thorough inspection.

When it came to checking the loft, we discovered that the key was an uncommon type and the site team hadn't left me one, Matthew stayed longer than planned waiting for the site team to bring a key so he could inspect the loft, which is a good thing he did as we discovered a lack of loft insulation!

The report turned up next day, and was instrumental in getting snags reported with the builder, to which they agreed to rectify everything.

We had a great experience using Premier Snag to carry out a snagging report of our new home.

The report provided was very clear and concise, with clear pictures detailing any defects.

The surveyor also carried out a thermal inspection of all windows, doors, walls etc and an inspection using a drone to check roofs, gutters etc, which was a great touch.

We're very impressed with how thorough the inspection was and feel it was money well spent to be (hopefully) able to relax and enjoy our new home without stumbling on defects every other day.

Its also worth noting that communication leading up to and prior to the inspection was fantastic too. We would definitely use Premier Snag again if we moved.

We had a snagging survey of a new built 3-bedroom house with Premier snag and we are very happy with their work. James did a tremendous amount of work and went above and beyond to check the house thoroughly and explain us everything. The report that he very quickly produced for us was very helpful to discuss the snags with the contractor and covered all the important aspects. We would totally recommend them.

I booked a post-completion snagging inspection and was assisted by Brian. From the moment he arrived on site, he got straight to work and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. His thoroughness was immediately evident - exactly what you want in a snagging inspection.

The inspection was detailed and meticulous, covering everything from major issues down to minor cosmetic imperfections - which, as a homeowner, you're absolutely entitled to have addressed.

I found the service to be good value compared to other providers.

As a first-time homeowner, however, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance on what to expect from the inspection. It would have been helpful to receive a brief summary during or after the process, outlining what the snagger was assessing. Additionally, some insight into what constitutes a genuine snag versus what may be considered overly particular would have been useful - it's not always easy to tell whether you're being rightfully thorough or just nit-picking.

Brian confirmed the appointment slot the day before, which I appreciated and came equipped with all the tools he needed for the inspection.

If I need another snagging survey done, I'd happily pick PremierSnag again.

Thomas Feeney (Tom) did a great job in explaining things to us and doing a diligent effort to identify all the issues and list them.
He was friendly and chatty while explaining the details since we were first time buyers. I would definitely recommend their services.

I'm really glad I chose Premier Snag. It was simple and easy to book an appointment. We had Thomas Feeney do the inspection - he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable yet was able to explain it all in plain language for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The report itself was ready next day - comprehensive and with lots of pictures, including drone pictures from the top of the house.

I’ve recently used Premiersnag to come and inspect my new build property. Brian was very professional and very knowledgeable of how things should be. We did have our own snag list before he came, anyway he found each one of them and more! Some of those things found we wouldn’t think to look for, so therefore we are very happy and would recommend premiersnag to anybody buying a new build. Just gives you piece of mind that what might be a little issue now, won’t turn into a bigger issue in the future.

James was excellent performing the snag of my new property. He took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. The snag consisted of drone and thermal cameras too which isn’t always included with all companies so it was really good value for money too.

Following the snag the report came through quickly and it was nicely formatted allowing the builders to go through item by item. If you need a snagged I highly recommend premier snag!

I honestly don’t know what to say. I found Premier Snag on google after nearing completion on our first property and I’m so glad. Tom came today to do our property and from the start he made me and my other half feel at ease. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job. As someone who suffers from social anxiety - I felt comfortable with Tom straight away which is a massive plus for me. Furthermore, Tom spent his Saturday writing our report as he knew our flooring was booked in for Monday and did not want anything to disrupt this. Thank you so much Tom :)

The service from Premier Snag has been excellent! First time buyer and obviously very nervours because of the new-build stories you hear and see online.
