We used Premier Snag to check our new build property pre-completion earlier this week. Brian Drury inspected the house and found multiple snags that we would have missed ourselves and would have caused issues later down the line. We received a very thorough report and were really pleased with the service provided! Definitely recommend.

After some researching, I decided to go with Premier Snag and I feel vindicated with the result.
I had the chance to host James which was a very approachable professional. What I liked about him, was that he was happy to to answer all my questions/requests in detail, while at the same time he gives you the impression that he knows 100% what he is talking about.
He was very honest with everything, something that is not always the case nowadays.
Last but not least, his report was very thorough and each item had a photo accompanied with a description.
For Premier Snagging, the area they definitely need improvement is the booking/payment formula. I will elaborate more on this. I booked my appointment for Monday and I received an email on Sunday night(9pm)saying that the receipt is ready and the payment needs to be made, else the appointment will not take place. 12 hours before the appointment..
Edit:Reduced it to 4 stars because in the report it is stated that the gutter does not hold water, which is definitely not the case.

We booked premier snag following recommendation by a neighbour who moved in just before us. We were keen to have a pre-completion inspection and found the booking process very easy given we only had a short window to have this done. Brian our inspector was conscientious in contacting us the day before. He was both professional and friendly and explained the process to us clearly. He produced a very thorough report which arrived the next day. We were able to forward this immediately to the house builders so the most urgent snags could be completed quickly.

Many thanks to Brian. We would certainly recommend Premier Snag to anybody moving in to a new house for the reassurance it provides that all snags have been identified and reported.

Tom was brilliant with a great attention to detail. Explained everything in great details had the repair through first thing the next day as promised.

James from Premier Snag was spot on time which was agreed and he did a details survey/inspection for my new purchase house. Report was submitted within 24hrs of the survey. Also shared all the drone images and thermal images. Must recommend snag team at an affordable price.

I used this company May 20th for a re-inspection of my new build just before the 2yr mark, and I only wish I had found them for my first initial snag now. No stone left unturned and done with so much class and back knowledge of the building industry. A special thanks to Thomas Feeney, super professional, super considerate, super charming and just a great human being, he made the service an enjoyable experience, and you can’t put a price on that, can’t wait to get another snag in the future. They have honestly set a high standard of Service with great value for money, which is always nice considering how much buying a house and all the additional things homeowners have to fork out for. Price was more than fair and I would highly recommend. I’m sure all the team is Fab, but ask for Tom!

Oh and I almost forgot, he had all the latest tech from thermal imaging and drone, so your home is getting a good thorough check from top to bottom with meticulous checks and measuring.

I'm currently in the final stages of purchasing a new build house and had the Home Demonstration last Wednesday. It was a bit last minute to organise a snagger to come with but luckily Premier Snag were available on my set date and time. I was also lucky in how my snagger was Brian who had over 50 years experience as a site manager and was very knowledgeable about the whole building process. The survey took around 2.5 hours and i recieved a comprehensive report the following morning. Brian was very nice and preoffessional and gave me resounding peace of mind for my new home. I will highly recommend Premier Snag to anyone who will listen!

Aqib Hussain arrived on time, got down to work immediately and completed the survey of my 4 bedroom detached new-build in 2.5 hours. Took 300+ photographs in the process and inspected every nook and cranny of the property with a fine-toothed comb, not to mention the aerial photography of the roof with a drone. Within 24 hours, sent a very detailed and comprehensive report, running into 70+ pages and pointing out loads of defects that will keep the builder busy for a while. The report is easy to read, concise and self explanatory.
I cannot praise Premier Snag enough. The service they provide is absolute value for money. Please go with them, when you want your new-build surveyed.
You will be amazed at the amount of defects they dig out .

Had a thorough PCI done by Grace. We had initially booked the inspection during our demonstration day but when the builders said we couldn't have both on the same time slot, Grace was very accommodating to reschedule our inspection. Very confident that we didn't miss any items and this has lifted some of the stress of dealing with a newborn and moving to a new build at the same time! Head office was also very accommodating in changing the package I had booked. Had a great experience with Premier Snag overall.
