I'd the snagging survey for the new build in this Monday, the attending surveyor, Craig is professional with good knowledge, he checked all the areas thoroughly and carefully. I learnt much from him and I could recommend others to use the service of Premier Snag.

Really pleased with the level of service from Brian. He was extremely thorough and found snags that I wouldn’t have. As a first time buyer, this was a new experience for me and I can’t fault how friendly and professional Brian was. The snag report came through very quickly and is easy to follow with images of each snag. It was also quick and easy to book my snag inspection on the Premier Snag website. I would definitely recommend.

Interaction / clarification via email was quick and helpful.
I got useful reminders and calendar invites for my appointment.
My PCI inspector arrived early and was well prepared.
He was courteous, polite, supportive, patient and thorough.
The appointment was supposed to take roughly 3 hours, my inspector did not rush, he put in an extra hour of work (4 hours) to make sure he was a thorough as possible especially as my new build was a bit behind schedule
My inspector took time to talk with me to show me important things and was patient and happy to answer my questions
he was not confrontational to the builders and was reassuring when i felt like there was still a lot of snagging items to fix.
My inspection occurred on a Tuesday morning. i had the report by around 7am on the Wednesday morning, the report was thorough, clear and well annotated.
I could not have asked for more
