Tom Feeney, has done such an amazing job in carrying out the inspection, efficient and thorough, professional snagging at the highest standards. He also go above and beyond, taking the time and patience in explaining different aspects of the inspection and how they impact homeowners. Just a brilliant professional. Highly recommend.

Moved into a new build recently and knew we needed to get a snagger in, as I had no construction background and worried there maybe issues I couldn’t spot myself. I was recommended to use Premiersnag by others within estate and was pleased we did. Booking an appointment online couldn’t be simpler. We booked post-completion inspection.

On the day, Brian, our snagger, was punctual and very friendly. He spent 3hrs checking every corner of our house. Brian indeed spotted many things we missed that would have caused issues further down the line. We received our report the next day, handed to site manager who is now going through each item on the list, fixing it for us.
Thanks so much Brian for being so thorough with your report. It has given us peace of mind that our home is up to scratch ☺️

My partner and I recently completed on a new build property, and decided to bite the bullet and book a professional snagging survey.

Brian, our inspector, was absolutely lovely, very kind, courteous and had a very keen eye, picking up on the tiniest of details that we'd never have spotted.

To my surprise, we received the full report the following day. A very thorough and efficient, hassle-free process from start to finish.

Absolutely would recommend this company to anybody that is committed to buying a new build property.

I'm very happy with the surveyor Brian and his professionalism. Brian is outstanding, he was very patient/extremely thorough and was able to identify the issues that needed to be addressed. I have received the detailed report the very next day which I have then forwarded to my builder to arrange the repairs. The survey has given me the peace of mind.

Great communication leading up to the moment they came to carry out the snagging survey. Very friendly, informative and personal throughout. Took their time and were very thorough, very good value for money and definitely worth paying for, even for just the peace of mind. Very glad I waited for availability for this company as they have made the whole experience stressfree.

Very happy with the report generated. Very comprehensive, and the inspection carried out covered a huge amount of areas, some of which I would never have thought would be taken into account. Would very highly recommend. Thank you James for carry out the comprehensive report.

I can only assume Tom from previuos reviews is Tom Feeney as it matches my experience. What a legend he is, not only has he checked absolutely every corner of the house but also explained the entire process. Very professional and you could feel he's there for you. Tom found two major snaggs(among multitude of others) that would end up being very costly and unpleasant to deal with in the future. Great chat, endless knowledge and has the eagerness to share it with you, teaching years showing ;) . Seeing some DIY in progress Tom also offered valuable tips. To anyone wondering "is it worth it?" You can't put the price on piece of mind. It'll also give you confidence when talking to your developer and setting the expectation on quality of the finish.

Can't forget about the process of booking, with multiple completion delays and changes it required, Premiere Snag was amazing, accommodated all of them, which with all the stress already there was very much appreciated.

Well done to the team! With us being a first house on the developement I'll definitely make sure to direct some traffic your way 😅

Very happy with the report generated. Very comprehensive, and the inspection carried out covered a huge amount of areas, some of which I would never have thought would be taken into account. Would very highly recommend.

Fantastic service!
Detailed checks carried out everywhere, and took it to the next level to check the roof with a drone...

Highly recommended!

Tom from Premier Snag Company was fantastic – highly experienced and professional.
He clearly explained every step, making the process smooth and stress-free.
His attention to detail and knowledge were truly impressive.
I’d highly recommend Tom for anyone needing a thorough snagging inspection.

I recently had Premier Snag come out to inspect my new property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Grace the surveyor was incredibly thorough and took her time to ensure everything was covered properly. She was not only highly professional but also extremely friendly and approachable, walking me through the entire process step by step. Her attention to detail and clear explanations made a real difference. I would highly recommend Premier Snag to anyone moving into a new home, it’s a service well worth having for peace of mind.

Tom was professional, accurate to detail conducting the inspection on my new build house. He answered all questions and clarified raised concerns. Very dedicated to the job he is doing. Many thanks.

James from Premier Snag did a thorough job and listened to areas of concern for us as well as finding a whole host of other things for the developer to sort. The snag report was with us the next day as promised and was very detailed and precise.

Professional, timely and friendly guy who inspected the property and was very thorough! Took longer than expected but just shows how thorough he has been. On time with the report 24 hours later. Could not fault the service at all, well worth doing on buying any new build. We only had the post completion inspection.

Booked Premier Snag for our new build a couple of days after moving in. Brian came out and was extremely thorough and provided a detailed reported which was received positively by our developer.

Tom was amazing! Very professional and took his time to explain everything to me. He was very meticulous
picking up on things that I didnt even think of. Really happy with the service and would recommend

Extremely professional and helpful!
There was a minor issue with the initial booking date, but it was promptly resolved — and to our surprise, they even offered a discount without us asking, which was a thoughtful gesture.
James was punctual, friendly, and very thorough in his inspection. He took his time and I was able to tell that he is very knowledgeable and enjoys what he is doing. He also shared useful tips along the way, which I really appreciated.
While I’m not currently planning to purchase a new home, I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who is.

Booked snagging for a new build duplex. Booking process was simple and could book a specific time. Craig, who did the snagging, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the topic. The survey was very thorough and picked up on many things we wouldn’t have noticed. Definitely worth getting it, it’s given us a lot of peace of mind. Also delighted with the service and result.

We had James in the day after we completed on our new build house. He was punctual, professional and polite. He took his shoes off at the door before I even asked. He was friendly and explained the whole process to me before cracking on. He did a really thorough job and picked up on important things that we might have missed otherwise. When he finished, he talked me through his main findings. The pdf report was with me the very next day and James also sent through the drone video and photos of the roof for our records. Premier Snag have given me piece of mind that our new home is fit for purpose and they’ve helped identify issues for us to pass along to the developer.
