SCAM!! Ordered 2 necklaces in back in December 2021 and never received them and never got a refund for them. They also ignored my emails i sent to them regarding my order😡

This is a NO star review. I the company sent me items I did not order, I sent them back and they have not refunded me. Do not put trust in this company. Do not buy anything from this company. Very poor quality and not the same as pictures on website.

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased… ordered 10 weeks ago, still no ring and all emails thus far have been ignored. It wasn’t even a personalised item with a photo etc, just a bog standard mass produced ring I was waiting for. Can’t find a working website link for them now so I presume my money is long gone. Very disappointed.

Ordered 28th December 2021 its now 13th April and I've still not received my order! Do not ise this company!

If I could give zero stars I would my 1 year old daughter bought a necklace for me on the 8th of December. She only told me about this today. Its never arrived and she was charged for it. Avoid company like the plague.

Ordered two necklaces and never arrived ordered before Xmas. They have ignored my emails ever since the new year.

Bought a necklace with a family photo as a keepsake, the necklace is completely tarnished & unable to wear, absolutely disguted at what they claim is "good quality" & unable to get any response from numerous emails sent to them, i couldve bought better quality from my local market! Please Don't waste your money on this company, they're appalling, total scam!!

Scam do not order! Item never arrives

My son ordered my a personalized chain in December for Christmas. Still not arrived so for sure a scam. I’m very upset as my son uploaded a picture of my brother who tragically died. 8 emails sent for refund as he’s 16 and saved so hard. Gutted for him & legal action will be taken.
