Do not want to give this company one star, they are a scam, they just take your money, will not answer emails, My necklace came with 3 gems missing, they don't care, don't use them 😡

Do not buy from this retailer. I ordered 2 products 3 months ago. They took my money and they haven't arrived. I have been chasing and funny enough, no response. This is a dodgy outfit. Stay clear

Purchased a necklace, took 4 weeks to arrive. So no quick delivery. The chain itself. Is cheap and looks it also came tangled. The photo is not very clear. To be fair. Its tat. Probably won't gift the necklace. A dead person with no face but you can make out their clothes.. If you do go ahead. I would suggest just a photo of one person maybe better.

Ordered two necklaces on the 27th January, which stated two weeks to ship. Asked for an update on the second week as it was a birthday present to be told by “Corey” from customer services that the supplier was on holiday until the 15th February and that my order wouldn’t be made until after then, this was not stated anywhere, I asked for a full refund as my order hadn’t yet been made to which I was ignored. Emailed again a few days later to which the same customer service “Corey” replied I was to late to receive a refund. My necklaces have turned up today, the quality of the necklaces is shocking the picture inside is fine. Both necklaces come in a plastic pouch in one jewellery box. No prestige jewellery pouch as shown. Not impressed with the service or quality.

Did not arrive!! No communication when I sent emails to find out where my necklaces where! This company is a scam! it's been 9 wks!

SCAM ,ordered a keyring with photo in December and after lots of emails item still not received just excuse after excuse PLEASE DO NOT USE !!!

I ordered a ring, it came today yes it did take 2 weeks but I'm quite impressed. Very cheap and looks pretty. I have 2 necklaces to come and I hope they will be as impressive. I was a bit worried when I'd ordered then seen all the bad reviews, but to be honest it's a pretty little ring.

I orderd a necklace back in December. My grandad was poorly and grandma on icu critical. This was for my mom, as it’s her parents. My grandad passed away 2 weeks ago. My item has still not arrived and they are not answering my emails. Complete waste of money. How upsetting that this is advertised as a emotional thing yet they prey on people’s misfortune. SCAM

My daughter brought a necklace with a photo of herself and her nan that passed away 6 months ago. Once the necklace arrived after 8weeks it had another families photo inside (no one that we ever knew!) we tried several times to contact them, they expected us to ship it back to them then they will send out a new one, I explained that as this was there era they should be sending a returns envelope or send new one anyway, we should not be expected to pay further through their era.

Terrible company and pure scam. Ordered 2 months ago and they send a generic email ‘rest assured it is being shipped’. F this company

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a month ago, no product has been delivered and only one email saying its been dispatched.
Oh dear. Lesson learnt!

Made an order of 2 photo necklaces. Order was processed as "dispatched" on 21st December. I have still not received them. I've emailed several times but had no response. This website is a scam!!!

Ordered a necklace for my mum with a photo of my dad in it , who has recently passed away , the necklace arrived, we opened the box , lifted it out and the stone fell out of it .I contacted them and they told me to send pictures, I did this and they never replied, I contacted them again and they said send photos again , I did this and still no reply , worst company ever !

Ordered 3 photo necklaces using photos that were of great quality however after receiving my order & viewing the photos inside the necklaces they are awful quality - they were blurred, had an orange tint over them & in some of them I couldn’t even see the faces of the people in the photo, just their hands.
I sent an email explaining this & how I would like to return these under their 30day return policy, I had one email requesting to proof of the awful quality, I replied and again requested information on how to return these.
They never replied so I have had to do a chargeback with my bank in order to get my money back.

Ordered beginning of Jan still not here. 6th Feb. Emails back and forth . Yh stay clear . Rip off

This company is a rip off. Sent faulty goods and won't reply to emails, never answer phone calls. Total waste of money. STAY CLEAR is my advice! I will never use again.

The absolute worst! Do not risk a purchase.... I ordered 2 necklaces on the 6th November!! Still waiting and I have sent many unanswered emails... 😡😡😡😡

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! I ordered a necklace mid December and paid an extra 2 fee’s to have it come by Christmas. It came by new year which I was ok with but IN THE WRONG COLOUR!!!! This was a Christmas present. I’ve sent numerous amounts of emails and nobody has replied. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Placed an order back in December - still waiting!! I did get a tracking number which is clearly fake as it changes every day, goes to delivered then it restarts again. Tried emailing several times and I have had absolutely no luck. This month however I’ve had £150 taken out of my bank account which was a scam. Unsure if it’s related or not but I find it such a coincidence.
