The slowest delivery processing company out there! If I had known I’d have never bought from any company that uses this snail paced currier!! Avoid the headache. It’s 2025 soon and these guys need about 3 weeks to figure out what business they’re in before they make a move

AVOID! I bought a pair of shoes at JD Sports and apparently they use this carrier in Italy. My parcel was simply lost and they could never track it. Despite multiple phone calls, listening on the phone and saying they’ll get on top of it. They never have and I’ve never received an email regarding the situation. I haven’t heard any news about what happened to my parcel, of I can get my parcel back as I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered, or an update to say they are working on it. Staff on the phone don’t seem to care. Beyond angry at this point and embarrassing service.

Parcel never delivered.
I was delivering a gift to a friend over in Ireland. During the passing over from Pro Carrier to AnPost the parcel was lost. Despite multiple phone calls with both companies. Then listening on the phone and saying they’ll get on top of it. They never have and I’ve never received an email regarding the situation. It’s been a month now and I haven’t heard any news about what happened to my parcel, of I can get my parcel back as I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered, or an update to say they are working on it. Staff on the phone don’t seem to care. Beyond angry at this point and embarrassing service.

It appears that PayPal refunded me and not Perfume - Click or there courier?
Would online retailers and their couriers take advantage of paypals purchase insurance cover?

They facilitate predatory pricing for postage on products sent by Net World Sports. These two companies managed to charge 46 pounds to send an A4 pad from Wales to Ireland.
Experience with this company is that it's an Internet shopping scammer, over charging greatly on postage.
