I recently purchased the SCS textbook after seeing all the great reviews, and I’m really happy with my decision. The content is excellent and very comprehensive. I'm also part of the WhatsApp support group, and Hugh’s support there has been outstanding—even more impressive considering it’s an unpaid service. The help and guidance have made a big difference in my study experience.

I bought the SCS course after failed the exam by a couple of marks, I chose procountancy based on fellow students reviews and it was everything I needed.

The technical materials are specific to the SCS exam (not just repeating OT exams). Really good scenario analysis that highlights key areas and potential scenarios that could be tested.
The key for me was learning the exam technique (writing and marking grids) and how to approach questions, provided a lot more structure and then we could put this into use through marked (with feedback) fully timed mocks.

Hugh, is dedicated and will answer any and every question you help his students. The WhatsApp groups provided good discussion among students and acted as a soundboard, acted as another method of revision and testing your understanding when other students ask for help and clarification.

I bought the study material. I did not do any classes so this review is purely on the material. I was super happy with all the summarized books and chapters. It made it easy to review and find specifics while studying. All in electronic format so also easy to access anywhere. The only thing I wish is that the subscription to the material does not expire after the test. But you do however get a discount should you need to rewrite the case study.

After my first failed attempt, I was looking for practice questions that were relevant to the case study material. I found it difficult to relate past paper questions to the current case study, and that’s when I came across Procountancy.

Some of my main struggles—aside from generating ideas—were knowing how to structure my answers and understanding how much detail to include.

Hugh’s materials were truly a godsend. I practiced all the questions and reviewed the model answers, which helped me feel much more prepared and confident going into the exam.

I’ve used two other tuition providers, but Procountancy has been the best by far. I only wish I had discovered it sooner.

I couldn't recommend Procountancy enough. The revision material is excellent and the extensive exam style practice material made me feel very confident and well prepared going in to the exam. In the weeks leading up to the exam, any questions I had were answered in great detail within hours - in particular questions regarding areas in the syllabus which are regularly tested and the key topics to revise. It's obundantly clear that Hugh has a real passion for helping people get through their exams, and I would absolutely recommend a Procountancy course for anyone studying CIMA.

Hugh, the owner, actually gets back to you personally (within 24 hours might I add) and as a former student himself has a great understanding of all the support you might require whilst studying for your exam.

His content is broken down into more manageable chunks compared to other providers and the amount of content you get in return for either just the workbook (with pre-seen analysis and practice questions included) or the whole course is second to none.

If you have the dedication to put in the required time and effort into the exam and use Procountancy you will give yourself the best possible chance of passing the exam.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to shout out about my amazing experience with Hugh from Procountacy. I recently passed the ACMA CGMA exam, and honestly, I couldn't have done it without his incredible support and guidance. I feel so much more confident heading into the May 2025 SCS exam thanks to Procountancy! I recently received their SCS book, and the quality is outstanding. Hugh has the best material and is by far the best tuition provider for CIMA case studies. I have used two other tuition providers in the past but Hugh’s material, quality teaching and clear and concise methods were far superior to other tutors. The mocks were very closed to the exam questions. Regardless of the variant you get, the course will give you what you need to pass.

I purchased the course after failing my initial sitting of the case study. The first point I want to make is, compared to other providers, this course is very competitively priced and thorough. Other tuition providers often do not provide questions that are relevant to the pre-seen materials of the current case study. Other providers also often lack providing comprehensive study materials and also assume you have all the relevant technical knowledge for the exam. With Procountancy, there is no assumption of previous knowledge and everything is explained in simple laments terms. In addition to this, Hugh is always keen to help his students and is readily available to answer questions at any time in the day. Hugh demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his students and wants them to succeed! The only regret I have is that I didn't use his course sooner and I couldn't recommend him enough...especially if you have previously failed! The textbook and videos are all excellent. In addition to this, 3 mock exams were provided and 20 tailor-made questions relevant to the case study! Amazing, thank you!

I highly recommend the procountancy course for the scs. The study materials are clear and to the point, making complex accounting concepts easier to grasp. They also give clear guidance on how to answer questions. The lectures are well explained, and the one on one interaction with the tutor (Hugh) ensures personalized support. Additionally, the resources are readily available, making it convenient for students to stay on track.

I sat the SCS in November 2024, I had purchased material from another provider but felt there were gaps in the content and didn’t feel prepared to take the exam.
