Easy to order, quick delivery and the bike is super impressive.

Bought the classic vintage cruiser fir my wife with the front basket and added an after market dog basket onto the rear gear rack (supplied standard) for her birthday (and our chihauhau). She loves the bike! The welds ate all strong and the frame solid. The only hickup we had in assembly was that the seat tube dropped into the frame and got stuck in there. I ended up getting some threaded rod and screwed on a nut, passed it through the tube and hooked the bottom edge of the tube on the edge if the nut so I could pull it out. Other than that, easy to assemble and very happy with purchase.

It appears that bikes delivered with punctured tubes are among the most common issues for Progear Bikes. I recently purchased a "DuraLite Kids Bike 16" for my daughter, and the front wheel tube has a puncture. Highly recommends Progear Team to perform a quality check before organising the delivery.

Aside from the punctured tube issue, the bike's ordering process is easy, customer service is very helpful (especially Jacky), and the bike's quality is excellent.

Great bike just had a bad experience with assembly, the rear tyre had a puncture, luckily i built it at work and not on Christmas Day

We ordered our bikes for Christmas. The ordering process was simple, and the bikes arrived very quickly. Assembling them was easy. We have only been for a few rides so far, but we are enjoying them and are already grateful for getting bikes with double suspension. My husband is particularly loving the chance to be back on a bike and is very happy with how his bike is performing.

I ordered an ebike quite late and was still delivered before Christmas exactly when they said it would be.

Hi there, we purchased the children's bike as a Christmas present for or nephew and unfortunately both of the tubes that came with the tyres at punctures in them. We realised that one of them was punctured and was able to get a replacement in time for Christmas, however by the time we realized that the other one was punctured it was too late to replace in time. Our local bike shop is now not open until mid January, so we have a very disappointed little boy who is unable to ride his new bike. Considering we had to spend approximately $40 on new tubes, combined with the time and effort required to replace the tubes, as well as the over all disappointment, I am kindly requesting a partial refund of our purchase.

Great bike and service. Ordered online before Xmas and didn’t expect it as quick as we got it. Bike was easy to assemble and my daughter absolutely loves it. She has ridden it every day so far.

Bike quite heavy. Both tubes would not inflate. Last time I by a bike on the internet.
To be fair I have not contacted the company yet as a public holiday.

Put the bike together Xmas eve for our 8 yr old son and one front wheel bolt and the two front safety washers were missing. Not such a happy Xmas for him. We were gutted!

The experience with progear bikes was exceptional. I accidentally ordered the wrong bike and when I called up to change it, it wasn't a hassle and the bike was shipped easily and quickly. Bike went together easily and is of good quality.

Great product. Had some assembly issues but called the company, had a quick response and brought the bike back in and the issue was rectified. Highly recommend

Recently bought two bikes for my two sons, both bikes look fantastic. Went together very easily. Only issue was 3 out of 4 tubes had a puncture in them. Which is disappointing, they are Christmas presents so lucky I didn’t wait until Christmas Eve to assemble them!

Tyre tube came punctured and for the price spent on the smaller bike I couldve just bought x2 of the larger bikes

Communication was excellent from purchase to delivery. Very helpful having access to an Australian operator prior to purchase to clarify purchase details.
Online video in YouTube to demonstrate assembly would be very helpful as opposed to a generic handbook. Some assembly instructions confusing.
Possibly have a list of approved ProGear bike mechanics across Australia purchaser could contact to purchase assembly. No bike mechanic interested in Cairns as bike not purchased from them.

Bought the DuraLite 7 Speed Kids Bike 20" - Pearl White and elected to pickup from the warehouse. The staff and service was great and though the booking time maximum was 3pm, they allowed me to come a bit later on request. They were easy to reach by phone to make the change. The forklift driver even loaded it into the car carefully. We wrapped it and the next day my (just turned) 7 year old unwrapped the box, we assembled the bike together, it was an easy and great experience for both of us. Assembly was easy though the instructions are average at best. The bike is alloy and priced well for the quality, my son took to it like a fish to water. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could but I am mechanically minded and didn't really need the instructions but be aware, take your time and do youtube research to assist you.

Rear tyre damaged and flat. Unable up pump.
Bought as a birthday gift and was surprised to find the tyre could not inflate. Have to buy a whole new rear tyre tube for a bike out of the box.
Daughter was upset and disappointed.
Not happy.

We purchased for our son’s 13 birthday & after lots research we went with E-Vantage Hardtail Electric Mountain Bike. He loves it & getting great exercise & the bonus if he doesn’t pedal it doesn’t move the pedal assist mode just makes it easier….love it & highly recommend
