I bought a glow in the dark iPad cover from Poltronica, the online process was very straightforward, the price and delivery cost very reasonable. Acknowledgement of the order was received straight away and the product was delivered by Royal Mail within a couple of days. Documentation was very clear.

It was Thursday and I needed a Hyperjuice Mini next day so I had it for the weekend. I phoned up and the service was brilliant! I was fully prepared to spend a bit for the next day delivery charge (urgency was more important to me than cost), but I was only charged £2.50 extra and arrived before midday on the Friday.
Also the price was really good. Cheaper than amazon, cheaper than eBay even. I would definitely reccommend Pro tronica to anyone.

This firm has marvellous gadgets, many of which I had no idea about. Whenever I have rung, the staff have proved extremely helpful and even if they do not know the answer are prepared to go and find out what I need to know. In addition, their delivery service is excellent. I ordered a power pack over the phone early on Monday and had delivery the next day. This is excellent. Well done.

I ordered a Hyper Juice 150 on Tuesday afternoon, expecting it to be delivered on Wednesday, so I could use it on the Thursday.

I did get a delivery on Wednesday morning, however due to a mix up with the labels, my item went to another address and I had received someone else's.

I wasn't aware about this as I was at work, but Rob called me to let me know. Normally waiting an extra day for the right item wouldn't have been a problem for me, but I explained to Rob that I needed it for Thursday. He duly arranged for it to be personally delivered to my address a couple of hours drive away that same day with a free Smart Pen as a goodwill gesture!

Protronica's customer service sets them apart from others and they have gained a loyal customer.

I received the Hyperjuice battery yesterday and after charging for 14hours (not 5, as stated on the website) i then plugged it into my computer and the readout immediately informed me that it would power the computer for just over 2 hours rather than the 16 hours that it promised in the sales pitch.

I am absolutely amazed that such an expensive item can be marketed in such a shamelessly exaggerated way.

Im considering returning it.

I was looking for a product called hyperjuice external batteries. Before I bumped into Protronica, I was not sure this is the correct product for my needs. Called them and service was extremely good. Person took his time to explain all my questions and assured this is the correct product. Also gave me a free power cables to support my world travel needs.

Best customer service - I ever experienced shopping online for last 12 years. I wish all retailers follow Protronica's customer service.

ordered item - a cover for an ipad, late on Sunday night, order was acknowledged on Monday and item actually arrived in excellent condition and as described on Tuesday. So, can't fault it at all was excellent service as described and first class delivery

If you want to but anything for your tablets please check this company out first their prices were the best and send out your goods asap recieved mine sooner than I expected
