Easy to use and great for surprising someone with a gift

Won 02 £5 for flowers and free flowers for me. Dont bother it doesn't work. A waste of a £5. Tried to contact them via live chat, didn't answer query. They emailed me i responded but they never responded to my email. Contacted 02 as thought it might be scam, they asked for code god knows where I find that

A little misleading. Nice concept overall. Probably a cheap way to gather more of our data but some offers might be worth it.

Excellent customer service and flower offer

I have used this app recently one of my friends loves it and recommended it aswell as O2 priority offer. I think the wording of how you gift can be misleading but once you understand the concept and are happy to send that way then it's great if the recipient also understands how it works

Downloaded following receipt of an O2 priority offer. Simple to use the app and redeem the voucher with the retailer. Would recommend but the recipient on this occasion thought the email was spam and deleted!

Very cool but hard to understand

My friend gifted me a present on the app. Lovely surprise and redeemed easily 😊

So I love the concept of the app and through O2 I was lucky enough to be able to gift a present and receive one (a free ‘bunch of flowers’) but isn’t clear exactly what was to be sent to my friend.
I received a voucher for Waitrose to get myself some flowers- great but there’s not many Waitrose in the north of England…
Also, did she get an actual bunch in the post as I thought she would… or did she get a voucher to ‘get her own’ present…. I’m still not sure what I sent as the iOS app isn’t very clear or very good.

The process of buying is clunky with lots of information asked for and seemingly mandatory sections like a video intro that I didn’t want to use.

Would rate 5* if the ordering process was slicker and clearer to a first time user

I previously had a Prsnt account but deleted it as it didn’t allow me to update my email address.

I have received an o2 priority offer and so downloaded the app again to register using my new email address but it won’t let me as saying I’ve previously registered on this device. Also tried to register via Apple account but says account blocked.

No response from customer services previously and still not resolved so can’t redeem my o2 priority offer now!

The items and ability to claim are great however with promotions the servers need to be better as there are too often issues even when you come back in the afternoon to claim your items. However the convenience when friends buy you items or vice cersa is great!

Downloaded the Prsnt App to get my free O2 gift which was quick and easy to redeem. Having explored the App looks like it will be easy to send gifts via the App to friends and family. A good selection of gifts too. Pleased to have discovered it.

I downloaded the app in order to take advantage of the M&S tub offer. I had a problem creating my account through the app and time was running out. I got in touch with the support team and they were great - they sorted out my account and made sure I had the voucher in time to use it. It looks like an easy App to use and great support.

The free voucher for marks and Spencer was just what I needed. Prsnt is great for sending gifts and easy to use. I recommended it to my friends and my daughter.

Great app for gifting! Download the app to redeem a gifted vouched for M&S was so easy to redeem and use! Also used it to gift my friend with a cheeky treat from Costa when she was having a bad day! Was so easy to send! Honestly idk why I’ve only just started using this now 🙌🏼

I’ve used Prsnt a few times after finding out about them through my O2 Priority app. A really lovely way to send gifts to friends and family plus it’s lovely to get a few ‘presents’ myself too.
