He also followed through with another email a few days later to check whether my issue has been sorted out. Good customer service, but awful way of claiming gift cards
Good customer service, but awful way of claiming gift cards.
I do not want to use Google Chrome, nor disable all tracking tools from my laptop/phone, but it seems to be the only way to be able to claim gift cards. Surely they can email you a QR code directly instead of that messy process.
However, the customer service is really helpful and nice.
But one of my gift cards expired because of this, and I will not use my second gift card either...
