I had an issue retrieving a code from O2 but this was quickly resolved when I emailed Prsnt, Dan was super helpful, thank you!

I won a prize with O2. I was unable to redeem it on Prsnt app, as I had changed my phone number and could no longer acces it. It took a full month to have my account reset. I was offered a free hot drink as good will. However, when at the till I was told I had to pay an additional £ 1.10 to redeem my regular size drink.

Dan went above and beyond, and was really helpful in resolving an issue - thanks so much! Would highly recommend

Won a gift via O2. Issues with using via app but was quickly resolved online. It's a good idea but do need to rely on others being comfortable using a new app etc if transferring gifts

I’ve recently won rewards/gifts with O2 Priority but on each occasion, I’ve either not been able to follow the link through or if I did I was unable to redeem the prize. In the end, I just stopped trying.

I won a sandwich on o2 priorities which I went to my local marks and Spencer’s food hall in South Woodford. Got sandwich went to checkout cashier explained what I had to do to get barcode. All went well.

Super easy to use, lots of retailers to choose from and quick to action. Perhaps for sending last minute present (if you have forgotten) or for me I used it send a surprise to my daughter at Uni (who doesn’t want to receive a bottle of Prosecco!)

I won a gift on O2, but when I went into the shop and after selecting what I wanted went to the till. With a queue behind me, the gift /link would not work even with help from the shop assistant. This was not a good experience.

I had a problem accessing the site with a code for an M&S treat. Dan went above and beyond to sort it out for me quickly and easily.

I had a problem when i received a voucher through O2 priority. I got a repky within 2 days so that I could get help.
Very quick response. In the end the voucher worked by itself so no further assistance was needed from Prsnt. I appreciate the rapid response by customer service. Would use the website again for other presents

They are extremely good. Any issues I have experienced they have been very responsive.

Absolutely amazing, I missed redeeming my gift due to an illness.
They have been so helpful to allow extra time to redeem.

I provided this company with an O2 priority code for a free M&S treat. They told me it had already been redeemed, which it had not.

They then proceeded to tell me they would be happy to send me a free Costa coffee but only if I left them a positive review on here, and to then send them a screenshot of it.

Scammers.

I have previously sent a few Prsnts and found it convenient however recently I sent a Prsnt, was informed 2 days later that the recipient had not opened the gift. I contacted the recipient who informed me they hadn't actually had a notification. I contacted customer support ( an AI bot) was told that they had been very busy, and that my Prsnt would be sent within 1 hour. 2 days later, no Prsnt. I sent a complaint by email. No response. I then tried to contact a human on the app. No response. No refund. I will be deleting the app. Nice idea, shame about the execution.
