Five stars for amazing customer service! The app looks great. Very clever & easy to use. Had a problem with redeeming a code. Sent an email & honestly didn’t expect a reply! Massive thanks to Dan for sorting it out & for the subsequent replies to my emails. Polite & friendly & didn’t make me feel I was being an inconvenience. Very impressed!!

Really rubbish experience, I won two codes for m&so. I explained in an email i claimed one successfully and the other wasn't being allowed. I sent an email explaining. I got back an email telling me I'd successfully claimed the reward code...hmm yes that is not the one I'm writing about. What a waste of time , no one actually bothered to read my email properly

I entered the Blue Mondays competition on O2 Priority and won a voucher for Marks and Spencer which should have been available within the Prsnt App via a link. Unfortunately there was a problem with the link. I contacted Prsnt via their App and the matter was swiftly resolved by Dan.

Won a gift voucher on virgin priority Blue Monday promotion which would upload. Contacted PRSNT advising issue. They replied within 24hrs it was a glitch their end which had all rectified and voucher in app wallet. Great customer service from the company

Have previously used this app once before and found it easy to use. I had a problem this time with an 02 priority M&S prize but Dan was really helpful and I appreciated how he dealt with the problem and would have no hesitation if I ever had to contact customer service in the future. Thanks too for the lovely goodwill gesture, it made my day!

Dan resolved my issue with a code in such a lovely, kind, patient manner. Customer service from Prsnt LTD is outstanding :-)

Thank you Dan! I won an M&S treat via 02 and the code would not work as it was supposed to. I see I am not the only one that had this problem having just read other reviews. Dan from PRSNT was a star & determined to get it working for me. He did. I have yet to try the app but like the concept. I wish it success!
