I have just completed my purchase of a Renault Kangoo van from PSD Group and can honestly say they where one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Neil the salesman (manager) went the extra mile to make sure I was totally happy. He made sure the van was spotless and serviced it and delivered it to my door. What more can you ask for, it was also a very competitive price. Well done PSD and thanks Neil 🤩

Psd were a pleasure to deal with for my recent car purchase. Communication was easy and not pushy and all aspects of the deal have gone smoothly. The car was in very good condition and I am pleased with my purchase.

Where to start? From the moment I made initial contact with PSD I felt they could be trusted. Neil (The Sales Manager) went out of his way to ensure every question I had was answered...even when the garage was closed! Nothing was too much trouble! I have never bought a car at distance and all online but I had no issue in doing it with PSD. I was sent images and videos of every part of the car to ensure nothing would be a surprise when it arrived! PSD are very organised and having their own garage onsite, meant that from my initial enquiry to delivery - 200 miles away - turnaround was all within a week (this included a service and minor chip repair) - very impressed indeed! For delivery of my vehicle they used an external company but again top class service - can't fault them! Thank you so much Neil and PSD, I am so pleased with my purchase, 5* quality & service, a pleasure doing business!

After looking at a number of vehicles, non of which had been described correctly. I came across PSD via the Auto Trader, I sent a message to which Neil responded. I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, being super quick to respond to any queries I had. A video walkthrough of the vehicle was sent to me which I followed up with a visit to the showroom. The vehicle was presented ready for sale and just as described. After agreeing on the sale everything was completed within the week with the new van ready for work. I won't hesitate to recommend Neil and the PSD team and look forward to dealing with them again. I have just bought a vehicle and part exed by old van to Neil and his team. My experience with them has been amazing from beginning to end. Neil kept the vehicle for me to view despite others asking about it. His professionalism and helpfulness has been second to none.

I have been doing business with PSD hiring vehicles for a long time, everyone one hired was spot on, very clean and well looked after. I was after buying a panel van and have no regerets at all buying from Neil Barlow of PSD. van is in lovely condition for its age, I know they needed to do a few things to get it up to scratch, they did a lovely job. Well pleased and I would have no problem buying from Neil again.
