Terrible site with awful costumer support and no number to call.

Great service!

Awful site.
Exams are listed without transparency and they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. They have no customer support lines and I have had multiple emails be left with no response for well over 48 hours. This business is disgusting and awful and it is unfortunate that there is ZERO way to avoid them for insurance licensing.

Sample tests

They were of zero help. None of the sample test questions remotely resemble any of the actual questions and content. It was a waste of money.

Please get some customer service people who speak English

Im partially sighted and requested special arrangements and these were put in place without fuss or any problems. On the day of the test I arrived early and was met and greeted by Imran who went through the necessary procedures. I was then handed over to two lovely ladies (sorry I cant remember your names) who walked me through the rest of the test procedure. My experience was very pleasant and I felt supported. Thank you to the test center. The bonus is I passed.

Failed to deliver my order in the promised timeframe.
Ive spent the better part of October trying to contact the "internal team" regarding a tracking number for the physical copy I paid to have sent and never arrived anywhere. This company has been a joke of "call us back tomorrow", "our internal team doesn't work on fridays", "our policy is that customers cannot speak to the internal team". So you place an order they take your money and then stone wall you with this second hand company hired to handle "customer support". I'm on my fourth phone call in 3 weeks waiting for someone to do the job they were paid to do.

I've used PSI in the past. Very easy to use and a big help for exam prep.

When I called your company, representatives whose first language was not English couldn’t explain why passing scores were on a scale of 20 questions when individual tests had questions ranging in numbers from 50-60. A testing center I later called was able to easily answer the question.

The room was cold and I wasn't allowed my jacket! I froze during the whole exam.

Someone smelled like Marijuana too, which I don't think I need to explain.

The computer screen made my head dizzy the whole time. Paper and pencil would be much better!

I failed the exam, largely because I couldn't focus well because of the environment.

I was trying to take an exam for NASM CPT. I had to go through several rounds of showing the proctor my space and had to clear EVERYTHING off my desk, including shelves, wifi router, and had to clear everything out of my room around my desk including cords, a water bottle, etc. It's really strict. Annoying, but actually not that big a deal and ok if they're really trying to be legit. But then when I was trying to use my keyboard, their platform wasn't supporting the keyboard on my laptop. I asked the proctor if I could log out and troubleshoot to see if it was a problem with the laptop, they said sure no problem. But when I tried to log back in I had already been marked absent to the test and forfeited my ability to take the exam. I called the tech help at PSI, they said they'll get back to me in 3-5 business days. I called NASM, they said I can only resolve this with PSI. 6 days later I hadn't heard anything from PSI and called again. The guy said I had to resolve this with NASM. He was short with me and interrupted frequently, didn't really listen to what I was saying. I asked him if he had a record of my previous call, he said it I had my camera turned off on my laptop. Not the case at all!!! Finally he got the correct recount, was he just guessing? I asked him his name, he said "Sam" but couldn't give me anything more specific about my case or anything. Finally I think he hung up on me. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service and disappointed I have to use them again to take the exam.

Found it confusing. Also, proctor at Cedar Rapids site was rude and unprofessional .

Their Skills for English service is an absolute joke. They are completely disorganised, unproffessional and useless. Do not use this company. They booked my test on a day the building was closed, never communicated back when they promised to. It was impossible to get my complaint escalated. Avoid at all costs!

Study tests exactly the same as the real test

Deceiving marketing. The course in the online store is different than course name in GMetrix, so I accidentally paid for the same course twice. The renewal option in GMetrix was also a different price than the course, so that also makes it look like a different course. I called within 5 minutes of realizing and they won't take accountability or refund me. Very unhappy.

Good proctor and ease of scheduling

I never got my results for my practice exam that I paid for. I kept attempting on the website and it wouldn’t direct me anywhere.

Poor customer service

Upon taking a practice test for the master electrician exam prep. I have found that many of your practice test questions are incorrect compared to the National Electrical Code. Not one of the the explanations to the questions provide a code reference. I am frustrated and perplexed as to how it is possible that a national proctor for many professional exams has this many incorrect answers to practice test exams. When asking your AI chat bot "Aila" for further explanations it seems to hallucinate and not provide any code reference except to mention that i should file a complaint.

I would like to practice my porchase prep test but I can’t find the code .
