I had an absolutely amazing time the guy was phenomenal and quick and very easy to work with

The website is pretty easy to use. My purchase didn’t make sense because the content covered was limited, most topics were locked and was rather expensive if I needed to unlock them all. I wish I got full access even if it was for limited time.

I had the Journeyman electrical test prep package and I got some good info on it but also some of the answers didn’t line up with the question and also I don’t believe some of these questions will be on the exam such as OSHA standards and fire code. A lot of the questions were somewhat repeated and not at the level where you need to look it up

Would have been better to talk to an American that could talk me through all the options and assist ordering what I need for the course. This type of ordering is done when your work day is over, so we need a knowledgeable American available after hours between 4pm and Midnight. I called your line and got someone to take info and would call me back. I needed help when I called, not when PSI has an agent available. Thanks, Chuck

One of the reasons I took the exam at home is so I can talk out loud to myself to help my brain process the question and the proctor said if I did that I would be kicked out of the exam. Ridiculous!

I’m very disappointed because I did not receive it. I called to dispute it and they’re telling me that it’s been redeemed and it hasn’t been when I purchased it. It was never sent to me. There was no code. There was nothing to allow me to take the test on top of it. It showed that it was unavailable for my state.

Very very poor customer service. A lot of back ground noise when talking to customer service, you can hear loud voices and laughing in the back ground. I bought a package from PSI store from my real estate exam, they told me to buy a package cost $99 for nation/state prep plus test, when I opened it I was unable to access prep test, I called customer service they wanted more money, I was told if I had purchased the package for $104 I would have had access to all test. It’s a total rip off. This company is based in South Africa so only person you can talk to is someone from South Africa. No American customer service. Their supervisor’s are never available. The worst customer service and a total rip off!!

Its not what I expected. I thought it would have more reference and question to study.

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I was assured I could take the test I'm supposed to take near my house. This was false, I had to schedule it over an hour away. I was also assured it could be rescheduled if need be, also false. I have a family situation that came up involving an elder family member and I was told I had to provide proof in the form of a certificate as to what the situation was about!? This is an urgent personal family situation! This is unacceptable in every conceivable way

The questions were easy to understand and the instructions were easy to follow.

I went to the Parsippany New Jersey PSI center.Jackie was such a great help today. Alex as well. I went to the site to get a photograph taken for my state license and they had a problem with their payment system. Jackie tried every single thing she could in order to get that resolved. The testing center is very clean and quiet.

It was very easy to purchase the exam and the instructions on how to take it were very clear and worked great.

During my actual exam, it's strictly timed. The individual I sat to made so much noise I couldn't even hear myself think or read the questions before me. This caused me rushing my exam and failing this exam. I was informed next time to come get an individual, well that involves me leaving my seat and losing time. That I couldn't give up it would have cost me to get someone so it was at a double edge sword. I now have to pay more money to take the exam again due to someone else being inconsiderate to other's testing.

zero stars if I could. I opened the file and then it timed out on my browser before I could even do anything. I reached out to customer service, and they told me there was nothing that they could do. I paid to use the material and was not able to use it, so it feels like they just took my money.

Something needs to be done with your instructions and then what happens when a test is terminated; there needs to be a real and thoughtful system for appeal and then restarting the test if that is warranted. People spend a lot of time preparing and getting the right amount of sleep and food, etc., prior to taking a test. A termination should be a last resort. Disgusted with your organization. Proper thought has not been given to this matter.

Bad experience with is program my test was at 4 :30 am and I started one hour early the check in process and I was not able to long in on time for my test

Despite completing the compatibility test for my laptop, I still ran into issues when I was forced to launch a separate browser not included in the compatibility test. I then had to chat with support for almost 30 minutes to get an answer on how to fix it. After all of that, we started the environment scan in which the proctor had multiple issues with my environment. Namely, my desk isn’t set up with my back to the door. For anyone who has worked in law-enforcement, nobody in their right minds set up a space so that your back is to the door for security reasons. After attempt attempting to resolve all of the proctors concerns, I was told that my desk was not adequate, and it was recommended that I “move to a bedroom and pull up a chair to my bed”. This is extremely concerning as a female, given that you have no information about your proctor, or what’s done with the video after your done. I have a second desk setup and moved to that space and restarted the environment scan. I was cleared to proceed to the test, the chat window closed, the window refreshed, and a screen appeared, saying that I had failed the test without ever having any chance to complete a single question. My only option now is to pay $40 to reschedule and retake the test with no guarantee that the glitch won’t happen again. This organization seems to be a huge scam and money grab with the tech issues.

I was scheduled to take the online proctored test for Property and Casualty. It was a Friday afternoon. Mid text the proctor disconnected our conversation. I attempted to call PSI and get back to my online proctored test. No one would help me. PSI refused a refund. Their customer service is terrible. No matter how many times you call a supervisor does not get back to you. I am out the $98.00 for the first test and am having to pay another $98.00 to take the test. In my opinion the proctor had plans for the weekend, disconnected me, and dipped out of town. This company is a joke.

I purchased the study materials and practice exams, however, I was not able to access them from my Chromebook. I requested a refund and because I had clicked on a link in the email it showed I had accessed the materials. A refund was refused due to this, even though I provided screenshots of the error I was receiving upon clicking the link. I wasted over $100 and support was inadequate to say the least! Apparently your hard ware must be a supported device and I had no idea prior to purchase that I would not be able to access the materials or I would not have purchased from this company! I would give less than 1 star if I could! Not worth the risk in my opinion!
