Expensive, Disappointing, Rude Staff. Avoid.
Experience at East Fortune. I had this experience gifted to me as a voucher. It was originally £60 to drive 2 supercars. When it came round to booking, we discovered that this package only gives you access to particular less-preferable cars and you have to pay extra for the cars that you would normally expect to be driving when booking this experience. The dates to choose from were well in advance (a couple of months) and to drive at the weekend which was our only real option as we are working Monday to Friday was an extra £25. We attempted to speak to someone over the phone about this, no response on the three occasions that we called. On the day of the experience the lady at reception was quite rude, apologising and then taking a long 15 second yawn in our face before asking if we have seen the damage waiver. I’m not sure where we were meant to have read the damage waiver but basically if you cause damage to the car and don’t have this waiver you are liable to pay the first £5000. I asked what damage you would be liable for specifically asking about stones hitting the windshield from the car in front or hitting cones on the track. Without the waiver you are apparently liable for any damage to the car whether it was your fault or not. The lady at the desk even said you are liable for damage if the wind carries a cone and it hits your car. We paid for the waiver which was another £25. We went to the safety briefing and the man didn’t exactly fill us with enthusiasm or excitement, I understand that safety briefings can be dry but his attitude was not welcoming. We then waited in a queue for my name to be called to get into the car. Initially, I wasn’t bothered about the queue system it made sense as there were many people. However, when I realised that people can purchase more laps (for £10 per lap that lasts about 1 minute) on their drive this system seemed to breakdown with long waits. This means that if you’re far down the queue and are waiting to drive a popular car you will wait far longer than expected and those at the front of the queue can basically spend as much time as they want in the car at a price. When it actually came to driving the cars, I was surprised that the instructors remained in the car and just wait for the next customer to get in. I understand they would have to get in and out the car a lot if there are many customers but I think the gesture would be welcoming. The first car I drove had a large crack in the windshield on the drivers side which suggested to me that they are hesitant to repair the cars despite the clients paying for damage waivers. The second car (the Lamborghini) had it’s left wing mirror held on with duct tape. The first instructor was okay, I made a mistake on the track and the instructor reacted harshly to it, I understand safety and protecting the car is important but he was quite cold to me after this. This reaction/attitude didn’t really make sense to me as I’m in an unfamiliar car on an unfamiliar track (familiarise yourself with the track by paying £10 to be driven around in a regular car) and I just think how can you not expect mistakes to happen in this context. The second instructor was much better, he explained the controls thoroughly and had a welcoming attitude. Driving the cars was fun but standing around waiting for over an hour and a half to drive two cars for about 5 minutes each spoiled the fun. Afterwards you have to hand in your lanyard and card at the front desk, both to check out and to see your photos and videos. It was nice seeing them but I knew I wasn’t going to purchase them as they cost £19 per piece and I believe the whole package of videos and photos was over £60. Overall, the experience was poor and disappointing. The experience felt like you were being rinsed of your money with hidden additional costs that you feel forced to pay. Extra to drive on a Saturday, extra for a desirable car, £19 for a picture and £25 for a waiver (whose price depends on how many cars you drive) when you are liable for damages that aren’t your fault. The staff are numerous and mostly rude. Would not recommend.

I got to go in the cars ive always wanted to go in but never had the chance or time,Me&Mohammed had a blast in the Audi R8 V10 it was a lovely car probly my favourite Mohammed was brilliant&made me feel relaxed cheers bro.😉&went in the Lambo Huracan with Tony lovely lady again made me feel relaxed,&had a great chat&nice to hear her husband I think was Barry Lee an XWorld Champion at racing over the yrs.&last went in the McLaren think it was with Andy,what a car that was fast bro loved every minute of it guys&shall be back for more hopefully soon,&my son Bradley loved it to bits bless him he aint stopped looking at his picts&videos.You all av a great team&very friendly&make you at ease if you feel abit anxious.It would be better if you could make the track abit bigger tho!haha.Great work guys keep it up all of you nice1.See u again soon.😎Please let me have that R8.😃.

Had a fantastic driving experience at Crail Raceway. Driving the Dodge challenger, Ferrari and Lamborghini. Instructor's were Kev and Dave, Kev you are a Legend 🙌 and also met Steph who was a banter queen. What an awesome day, will definitely be back !!

Total rip off.
Total rip off. Bought the experience via wowcher needed to change booking date wanted £30.00 amendment fee more than the original price paid for the experience. They also charge extra for weekend bookings and certain venues carry an extra fees.

INSTRUCTOR "MUHAMMAD" DISGUSTING LANGUAGE
My son had an experience here he won't forget in a while. Firstly, he drove x2 Lamborghini, then a mustang. The second Lambo had a disgusting instructor named MUHAMMAD, also known as "Mo," who apparently is well liked and a good instructor. He spoke to my 14 yr old son like a piece of dirt, shouting at him for braking with his left foot.
He has only ever driven a go-kart, and yes, I get its dangerous, but he should have taken him back in and explained more and if only I could post the audio of how he speaks to him, it would make your toes curl.
I've complained, and PSR are not interested in the slightest. Over 3 weeks to get a reply, which just sang "Mo"s praises and didn't even apologise. I was blagged they would look at it, but it doesn't take 3 weeks, so hence why I'm leaving my colourful review.
I asked to meet up with this fella, which they ignored, as I'd love to have seen him speak to me like that. Very disappointed as I would have liked to have him sent down the road.
I was not there at the time as it was a birthday present from his Nan, an experience he should have loved. I watched the USB he bought for £39 and discovered the language from this particular instructor. Fuming is an understatement, but I now just hope I can save someone else's son/daughter going through this.Also, its another £39 for a practise lap, but this is "Mo" driving you all around the track in a minibus. Not lying.

Great Junior Driving Experience for kids!
An amazing experience for kids, able to take full control of a manual car [Mini], with supervision, and get to perform some manoeuvres including weaving through cones.
Queues had subsided by the time we got to the supercar area, however, there were stories of people waiting for several hours to drive 2-3 cars. The queuing and car allocation process could have been smoother in that regard.
Drivers were friendly and professional. No hard/forced upsell of videos and photo packages which was refreshing.
Would fully recommend :)

First class experience from start to…
First class experience from start to finish. My wife bought me the Platinum 6 Car package for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The whole day was extremely well organised and the staff couldn't be any more helpful. Even the showers didn't dampen the experience. What a great bunch of instructors, Mo, Eduardo and Josh (All encouraging you to get the best experience possible)- The drift car experience in the mustang was awesome (highly recommend adding for the end of your day). Was a let down having to get into the Q5 for the journey home :-)
Also need to give a shout out to the media team - There were a few issues will my recordings and some of the photos, but these were quickly resolved without any issues. - Awesome photos.

Very well set-up friendly team over at PSR. Everyone felt welcomed and communication was brilliant.
I got the pleasure of having Toni the female driving instructor in the Audi R8 fantastic lady, very calm. Read me very soon into the drive and allowed me to drive the R8 how I wanted to. Calm lady & her experience in motorsport showed. I got to open up the R8, late brake and feel the auto blip work throughout some of the fast corners.
Unfortunately my experience went from a 10/10 to a 3/10 driving their 911 Turbo as the instructor was very hesitant to let me drive the car properly despite me mentioning that I own a PDK Porsche. His line advice for a rear engine car seemed a bit strange and my first lap seemed wasted. Trying to redeem it with the next two laps the brake pedal wasn't returning properly and I could see the brakes were on most of my lap, annoyingly. I asked what car he drove wondering if it was his 911 but I was told a Z4 says it all.
I managed to swap my next car back to the R8 and get back out with Toni to finish my trip on a super high.
I would love to revisit these guys again in the future at a different track and hopefully get more time in a v10!

Mixed Feelings About PSR Experience: Missing Car, Faulty Media, No Food & Drink, Yet Enjoyable
I recently had a rather mixed experience with PSR that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car I had initially chosen was unavailable, which already set a negative tone for the experience. However, I decided to make the best of the situation and drove a different car, which thankfully turned out to be acceptable.
My disappointment deepened when I decided to purchase the media package that included photos and a video of my driving experience. The photos turned out to be decent quality and captured some great moments from the drive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the video. The video footage was plagued with synchronization issues, with frames dropping regularly throughout the recording. This rendered the video virtually useless and failed to capture the essence of the experience I had just gone through.
In an attempt to address this issue, I reached out to PSR via email. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to refund me 50% of the cost of the faulty video. However, this gesture felt inadequate considering the complete letdown I experienced due to the media quality. What's worse is that despite their promise of a refund, over a month has passed and I have yet to receive my money. It's disheartening to see a company that is quick to take your money but seems unwilling to rectify their mistakes and provide the promised level of service.
As if these issues weren't enough, another disappointment awaited me. The promised food and drink van, which was supposed to be part of the overall experience, didn't even show up. This lack of attention to detail further exacerbated the sense that PSR failed to deliver on their promises.
Despite all these disappointments, I must admit that I still managed to have a great time during the driving experience itself. The thrill of the drive was undeniable, and it's a testament to the potential PSR has. However, it's hard to overlook the glaring issues with the media quality and unfulfilled promises.
Overall, my experience with PSR leaves me with mixed feelings. The initial unavailability of the car, coupled with the poor quality of the video, the absent food and drink van, and the lack of follow-through on their promise of a refund, has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a company that touts exciting experiences can fall short in such crucial aspects of customer satisfaction. I can only hope that PSR takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their services for the sake of their future customers.
Update: I received the partial refund after them seeing the review, so have updated the stars to Match my experience, I did enjoy the driving experience and was very good while in the car, had to drop the rating as all the hassle of trying to get the video that I had paid for sorted so I could relive the experience, was told that it was an issue with the location of the track, due to military equipment, that caused the video to go out of sync, so will have to do with the photos of the event instead and at least I got a partial refund after lots of unnecessary hassle.

Top of the Class!
Booked a 3 supercar driving experience at Dunsfold Circuit. Given it was the home of Top Gear, our expectations were high!
Having purchased driving experiences in the past with other companies with varying degrees of success, I was not sure what to expect but from the moment we arrived till the end of the day, we loved it!
Why? There were clear instructions prior and on arrival, an iconic venue, well organised check in and driver briefings, the staff were welcoming, there were appropriate waiting spaces for each vehicle and finally a wide selection of top quality cars.
As for the driving experience itself? Fantastic!!
We selected 3 premium cars (Lamborghini Huracan, McLaren 570s and Ferrari 458 Italia) and whilst each drive was unique, the Ferrari takes the title hands down (the N/A V8 was so intoxicating) and we have a new petrolhead in the family as a result of this!
Another great aspect of the experience was the opportunity to purchase extra laps and add other experiences for a reasonable price (the High Speed group ride in the SRT Taxi was a riot!)
Thanks to everyone in the team for making our experience a memorable one, and it's safe to say that this won't be our last visit!

Shabby and a bit of a let down
Booked a lorry driving experience at Llandow, which had been a Christmas present for my wife. We registered along with plenty of others who were there for the cars driving experiences, but the directions to where the lorry driving was taking place on a different part of the airfield site were extremely vague, to say the least. Once we found the locked gate, the lorry driver completely ignored us when we tried to flag him down at the entrance (he wasn't instructing) to ask where to meet and we ended up driving around the circuit following him while he did the same until he eventually stopped. Even then, he ignored us while we waited, which was rather off-putting. The driving itself was OK, but the driver didn't really have any interpersonal skills and the event was rather one-dimensional and disappointing.
To sum up, the organisation was woeful, the setup inadequate and all rather shabby and the experience a bit of a let down.

Purchased a driving experience for my 13 year old grandson. Absolutely awful company. Has taken nearly three years to actually get a date booked (I appreciate we have been through a pandemic) but it was impossible to get a date from them after the pandemic. Finally turned up with an excited teen today, booked a day of eork and a long drive to Lichfield to he told it had been cancelled! We received no email. Would NOT book anything with this company again! 😡

Booked a super car drive experience for my 15yr old sons birthday. All I can say is WOW 👏. My son loved it from the time we pulled up to the time we left. He got to drive the Audi R8 and Ferrari 458 Spyder, then a high speed drive with a driver in an Ariel Atom. My son was a little nervous at first but the staff and instructors were all AMAZING!!!! We will 100% be booking another drive but with more cars for him to drive next time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PSR. Thankyou all for making my sons birthday GREAT. 👍

What a day. Honestly, if you are thinking of doing this, do it.
Was worried that it may be not the best, but both me and my dad had a cracking time. That good we’ve booked again for next month.
easy to get in, signing in is about 5 minutes but women at front where lovely. Was shocked that i was gave 3 laps, payed for 1 but got 3 which was amazing.
briefing was easy, explained really well then off to the place to wait. I was in at 10am but got in way earlier, which i’m happy about. Calls your name out and you head to your car, instructor was amazing at explaining. Tells you exactly when to up a gear and when to break. Other cars on track, worried me a bit, but honestly had no worries when on the track. Any over taking was safe, keeps a fair distance.
loved the track, easy to go around, gets easier second lap when you get used to it. Some sharp corners, but honestly didn’t get me that much and went around well. Only anxiety i had is the fine you can get if you crash, but once you get the hang of it it eases.
From going in to finishing it was amazing, staff was really helpful and kind. Amazing that you can get close to track to watch also, good if you bring a family member or friend cause they are able to watch you. Can’t wait to go again, and definitely will come a regular thing for me. Will be recommending to my friends also.

Great day out driving amazing cars
Great day out driving amazing cars. The one down side is that you can’t rev past 6k revs but it is understandable as the cars have such a hard life. The staff were really nice and informative people who were great were Oscar, Mohamed, Australian instructor and tall blonde lady (sorry couldn’t remember the names)
Highlight for me was Scott driving me in the Aerial atom he was mental behind the wheel and would definitely recommend upgrading.
Another thing to consider is you can spend a lot more on the day with extra laps (3 for £25) which I think is reasonable and photos/videos.
All in all a great day and really enjoyed
