The presentation was beautiful, the products were of high quality, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. It made a wonderful gift and was clearly put together with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to send a thoughtful, premium hamper. However, the courier delivered it to the wrong unit. I had listed Unit 3, but after the company shared the delivery image, I realised the package had been left at Unit 2 instead. Apart from that delivery mix-up, the service and hamper itself were excellent.

Delivered, even when they couldn't deliver!
While Purely Gourmet wasn't able to deliver a hamper to the location I wanted, the customer service was spot on. They let me know straight away what they could/couldn't do so that I could make alternative arrangements. I will certainly be using them in the future.

The 2pm cut-off for same-day delivery within metropolitan Melbourne is brilliant (I actually ordered after 2pm and it was delivered by early afternoon the following day). You get real time email & SMS tracking so you can keep tabs on delivery, which is very reassuring. I would definitely be happy to use Purely Gourmet again.
