The company was good about responding with an option to replace my torn canopy. It took a month or so, but they were good with responding when the fabric came in. Fortunately, it was a great fit for what I have.

What great customer service! I’ve owned my 10ft umbrella for enough years that the fabric began to tear and fray. I had trouble finding the correct replacement on the website so I emailed and called…and they were so helpful. They even called after I ordered to make sure I did it right and made a correction to my order before it was sent. Fabulous work and product!

Support from a distance but it works.
Although the company primarily works from China and there is a delay with communications they did a very good job helping me select an umbrella and the local service arranged to install the umbrella showed up on schedule. All in all a beautiful umbrella that we are enjoying

The customer service representative was super efficient and helpful. They processed my request and shipped out my item super fast. They also provided a tracking number and followed up to make sure the order was exactly what I needed. I would definitely order again!
