I love Quince
I love Quince! Online shopping is a bit of a stretch for me—especially when buying clothes. Because of that, I have returned a number of things that were too big for me, even when I ordered the smallest size. Without the customer support aspect that Quince provides, I would’ve given up on online clothing sites altogether. I have also ordered a number of things that have fit beautifully. I stopped going out to stores bc this business is so user-friendly.

Quince is the best business out there right now. Their products are impeccable quality, gorgeous colors and fabrics, and fairly priced. Their customer service is also incredible! If the AI chatbot can't help on the first try, you get sent to a REAL PERSON immediately! I got amazing support with two complicated returns and left the experience a Quince customer for life. Their return and exchange set-up is incredibly easy to use and their deliveries are always super speedy. Really can't say enough about this company and how much I love their stuff.

Bait & Switch — not worth my time
Ordered the men’s fisherman’s sweater but they sent a woman’s sweater. I took the time to set-up the return, drive to USPS, and then re-contact them on when it was dropped off. Now this item is out-of-stock. They lost a customer, quickly.
