I had an issue with sheets that i purchased a year ago. They were a big disappointment. I love the Quince products. When i showed them pictures of why i didn’t like that set, they made it right immediately. They went above and beyond. They also did it with kindness. 110% recommend.

Great company. Easy to work with. Their customer service is the best. I love their clothes and the quality has been great. I’ve had only one issue with a sweater and they immediately remedied the problem.

Once I was able to talk to a real person my issue was solved. Trying to solve a problem online is slow and time consuming. Quince should have a customer service # on their site.

Outstanding customer service from Quince
Quince's customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. My sofa arrived with some damage, so I emailed photos that afternoon and had a reply first thing the next morning. Jacqueline, the furniture specialist who handled my claim, was responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. She laid out fair options and resolved everything within an hour of her first email. The white glove delivery crew was also excellent; they documented the issue and reported it before they even left. Problems can happen with large furniture orders, and how a company responds is what matters. Quince responded exceptionally well, and I would gladly buy from them again.

An incorrect size men’s blazer sent 3 times
Ordered small men’s sports jacket but it was too large on me, returned for a small but large re sent in the exchange, returned that and quince re sent the wrong size again. Finally placed a new order in small but they once again sent large. I can understand a mistake once but three times? what’s wrong with this company.
