First rate product
The covers are really top quality and look great. I have some older covers by another company and the RCUK covers are much better. They took great care to get the fitting measurements correct ( I have some awkward pipework ). Also, I managed to break one of the fitting clips (my fault) and they supplied replacement - no queries.
Only problem was delivery which seemed a bit disorganised - I have a non mainland address - but they tell me they are working to improve this.

The radiator cabinet we ordered from Radiator Cabinets UK Ltd was exactly as we specified. The manufacture was to a very high standard and the installation instructions were very easy to follow. The price was quite expensive, but the quality is superb.

Poor Communication
I think the Radiator Cover looks good but overpriced for what it is. The communication could be better as I had to constantly chase my order up & even when I was told my Radiator cover had been collected by the courier it took a further week to be delivered.
The courier was also one man who would have struggled to get my Radiator Cover (large) delivered to my house from the van on his own so it was a good job I was at home to assist.

You opted for the unfinished (primed) version, a solution for customers carrying out the finishing themselves—a popular choice for those looking to match existing wall finishes. When you placed the order, you were advised that the cabinet would need to be painted.
Our matt, satin and gloss factory-grade paint finish provides the premium look most customers want and keeps your cabinet more durable in the long term. It's our USP and why we have so many returning customers.
Regarding communication, we provided updates and clear delivery timescales, which were met. The estimated time was 3-4 weeks, delivered in 3 and a half weeks.
We responded to every call, email, voicemail, and WhatsApp message you sent. We understand that waiting for bespoke, made-to-order items can feel longer than expected, especially when the product is large and handcrafted to specification. Still, we were in touch throughout the process.
We also offered to install the cabinet for free if it didn’t arrive in time for your fitter to fix it in place.
As noted on our site and in delivery confirmation emails, large items are delivered via a one-person service. We’re glad you were available to assist with the delivery and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring it went smoothly. Our courier provides their drivers with trolleys, which they will use if necessary.

WOW! The radiator cabinet has certainly lived up to expectations. All done online with photos to measure around the radiator.
It’s absolutely spot on. They have painted it to our requirements to match the walls and it’s amazing.
I can’t recommend them enough. Packaging for transit was fabulous, it was very well protected.
We will definitely use again.

We have a very long radiator that isn’t a standard size so we chose the bespoke option. The process was seamless and the product is excellent. Very well made and extremely well finished- had a custom paint colour and it is perfect.

Regarding the paint finish, this is a chargeable upgrade, which was not requested or paid for, so it wasn’t included in your order. However, we did provide skirting board cutouts at no additional cost.

Fantastic quality, ready to slot in and easy to fix to wall will a YouTube video in dispatch email even! Four clips fit each panel at front and unfortunately one clip was broken. I emailed and they popped a couple in the post for me. Great communication and customer service from start to finish
