From order to delivery everything went smoothly. The radiator cover arrived today very well packaged to ensure it was delivered safely. It is very good quality and has a lovely finish in the colour of our choice. We are happy to recommend.

I ordered 3 radiator covers from this company and needed very particular sizes. They checked all my measurements via photos to make sure everything fitted well. The covers look great and I haven’t noticed any heat loss as they are well designed to let the warm air out. Beautifully finished, would highly recommend and will be ordering more for other rooms 👍

Poor customer service. Waited for delivery, chased after 10 days via e-mail - no response. Then called and spoke to unhelpful staff who advised we don’t tell you when you will get your order until it has left - even when they are late!!

Having received the response below with refund I read the other trustpilot reviews. clearly this is a small business run by an owner with a real attitude and no concept of customer service.

I have now sourced the same spec for less from a reputable company which has responded promptly and have customer service.

We have just installed our radiator cover from Radiator Cabinets Uk and what a beautiful piece of furniture it is. The experience from beginning to end was very good. All done online, the website was very informative and gave very good advice on measuring etc for the cover. The cover we had made was made to match our existing furniture after dropping off a swatch for a match and it’s extremely well matched. Great experience end-to-end. Ordering via their website was very slick with a couple of direct follow-ups on colour and sizing. No problems at all and cabinet arrived well packaged and looks great in our hall, a lovely feature. I had actually gone a bit off piste and not mentioned it to my wife as a surprise and she really likes it. Top quality workmanship. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future.
