Our family ordered a personal alarm / sudden falls wristband home/garden monitor for our 90 year old mother, who has some mobility issues.

Everything was fine all the equipment was there and I had no need to ask anyone about it

So far so good. We having had to use it yet, but dad keeps setting the alarm off and you always respond very quickly.

Getting set up on the Connect24 system was so quick and easy. I arranged it all online and the equipment arrived within a few days. The service is very efficient and the call handlers are all so friendly and helpful, even when just testing the alarm every 6 weeks.
