Confusing Advertisement and Denied Advertised Bonus
I received a mailing from RaisinUS offering a bonus when setting up a new savings account. The bonus was dependent upon the amount deposited. Two different bonus codes were presented which was confusing. I chose one code and received a bonus substantially lower than what was advertised. I contacted the company and complained about the confusing codes and requested the amount that I should have received. My request was denied. This smacks of bait and switch. Be careful, this does not seem to be a reliable organization.

She didn’t send me to anyone else or have to transfer me to another department which is absolutely amazing. She answered my questions and fixed the issue that I was having in under five minutes. Absolutely amazing 10/10 service.
