Very impressed indeed. I did one of these day 2 tests in august and was much more time consuming and difficult to use. This one, however, was simple to use, well explained, no need for pages and pages of info with flight numbers and address and life history. Similarly, you just take a photo of the result instead of sending it away. I got a speedy response with a friendly e-mail and this service will definitely encourage me to travel again.

Great quick efficient service!ordered day 2 test arrived next day tracked via dpd .Really easy to do and upload on website with all the instructions given ,great communication via email or you can call them too ( I have ordered from different company back in July they have lost my test and had no contact number only emails they haven’t been responding too and paid 3 times more than for this one )

Wasn’t sure what test to order and travel rules were changing so rang up and was told to book the antigen test which is the day 2 test as that is the right one. Turned out they didn’t do the day 2 test which I should have become more suspicious when I nearly didn’t get on my flight home and had to blag it through customs as the ref no wasn’t valid. Only found this out on day 2 when I was meant to get the test so had to travel 80 miles round trip elsewhere to get a day 2 test done. Was told I’d get a refund. Didn’t , chased it up to be blanked completely, hassleled them a bit and told they don’t do refunds and refused to communicate further with me so I’ve just successfully claimed it back through a Visa charge back. Awful company steer well clear!

I had to contact them as the test didn't arrive on due date. I was told they would send it out again, but 2 day lateral flow test has still not arrived after 4 days back in UK.

I was worried that the link for video process would not work but it turned out to be so simple.
Test completed and result shown over video so no hassle to upload passport and result.
Confirmation email came through within 60 minutes.

I had my certificate back within the hour after sending in the test results despite it being late evening! When sending in the result, I made a mistake in filling in the form, realized this immediately and sent a rectifying email to rapidtraveltests. The certificate I received contained the correct information. Brilliant service!

Good provider with amazing customer service

I have been hesitant to travel since the pandemic- primarily because of all the fuss around the red tape introduced to safeguard us all - covid green pass, pre flight test, passenger locator forms, day 2?test etc etc.
I used Home2Lab Rapid Covid Test for the inevitable testing kits before and after my flights. Their excellent customer service, prompt replies, clear kit instruction and speedy delivery all made it so much simpler than I expected.
I will use them again and would highly recommend them.
