Prompt, professional in acquiring quotes & confirmation.
Customer service was great, prompt, they checked with the broker for the quote follow-up right away, although it didn't work out because the quotes weren't matched or better than what I already had. The whole experience was actually very quick and I had confirmation within the hour. So all in all, great service if you're looking for professionalism, promptness, and just getting the information you need.

Not pleased with my experience so far. I was told by my customer service representative (last Thursday) that she would prepare quotes for bundling my home and car insurance with the best available rates. It has now been almost a week and I have not received anything or any follow-up. I was hoping for better communication and timeliness.

You held up your end , unfortunately the insurance company " Gallagher " told me they would me back with a quote DID NOT CALL ! I find that most unprofessional ! I will not be recommending that company to anyone !

Was given an original quote of $204 once online with agent it miraculously jumped to $358… felt like a bit of a scam. Agent couldn’t understand how the quote was even given.
