What a waste of time!
I sent them the details I want for car insurance. They sent me 3 options. I chose the option with the most coverage. They called 3 times in less than 5 minutes! Then passed me off twice, only to keep me on the phone and ask the same questions I answered online. After 15 minutes on the phone they give me a much higher quote than option 3 because I had an accident more than 10 years ago!! Why not divulge that your rate will be ridiculously high if you've have any type of accident in the past 25 years! Yeesh, what a waste of time.
