Agency is ok, not the company they work with
This agency reached out to me to have an interview with a start-up company called SAAS Lab. During the two rounds of interviews, the hiring manager and sales manager (both who are based in India not Australia) had no idea what they were looking for or how much they were willing to offer compensation. The communication skills from SAAS Lab managers were pretty bad. There are huge cultural and language barrier from the Indian sales team to manage an Australian team.
