Terrible Service
I placed an order for 30 books in February. Reflex informed me the publisher would supply the books within 48 hours however I spent weeks chasing Reflex who gave me no update other than they were chasing the publishers. After a number of weeks I then requested a refund which was agreed but weeks later still I am chasing them to process this. After contacting the publisher I was informed that the books which were sold me are not even available in digital format despite Reflex selling these. I would like to put an end to this situation and appreciate our refund for the Institute of Trichologists being processed please

Hi Sara, thanks for leaving us a review. I am really sorry you had such a bad experience. As I explained unfortunately we have had lots of issues with the publisher Elsevier and I have expressed to them my dissatisfaction especially as it has effected our relationship.
However, you have bought these eBooks from us previously so you do know they exist in digital format and you know we do not keep 'stock' of the eBook codes on the shelf.
I hope we can work together in the future and I've replied to your email regarding the refund.
