How do you expect customers to get in touch with you? Your website is extremely unhelpful, and I have been unable to find any way to contact you directly. There are plenty of pages with information, but nothing that actually helps me resolve my issue.
I am trying to arrange a redelivery for my order, RELRKVX5QH76. The parcel was not accepted by the Post Office, yet your driver has recorded it as “delivered.” How does that make any sense?
I need this issue resolved urgently and would appreciate a clear explanation of what has happened and how I can arrange redelivery.
If this is not resolved, I will certainly think twice about recommending or using your service over the Christmas period.

Should be Zero stars . My small parcel was left downstairs . I am disabled . 3 flights of stairs .

Relay (and Vinted) have non existent customer service or support. Relay has a "contact us" button that doesn't do anything.

Really disrespectful delivery experience.

The delivery driver came to my home at around 9:30pm and banged loudly on my door, which immediately set my dog off barking and woke me up. At that time of night, I think there should be a bit more consideration when delivering to someone’s home.

What made it worse was that the driver was then insisting that I come to the door and open it so he could take a photo. I did not feel comfortable doing this, particularly that late at night. I obviously refused too but he kept shouting up at me at my window.

A delivery should not involve someone banging on your door late in the evening and making you feel pressured to open it for a photograph. Please train your drivers to be more respectful of customers, their homes and reasonable boundaries.

I ordered an item off Vinted a few months ago and thought oh this is quite cheap why not use this delivery service, so I did, item was lost no refund no nothing. Okay never again for me but I chose it again by accident this time ordered home delivery thought it’s gonna be quicker plus I’m paying a little more but no they decide to not tell me the time, not to tell me anything and apparently I have to go in and collect the item!? I paid for delivery! Ridiculous would have put -10* if that was an option. DO JOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! My parcel was sat in the drop off shop for 2 weeks and there was no attempt to collect by Relay. I had to go and take it back from the shop and deliver with different company. SCAM of a company!

Delivered to completely wrong address no where near my address! My address completely ignored even though you have stated you have delivered to my address. Picture of totally different address. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Please contact me

Shopping company can't even print their shipping labels correctly. They've been sending my parcels to the wrong house for weeks because there's a bug on their system causing them to print my house number wrong. Insane.

Still waiting for my delivery which was apparently collected by the courier over 2 weeks ago!

I have contacted customer services 3 times with no response!

I currently have 2 parcels missing which I have ordered through Vinted and were due to be delivered by Relay to my local parcel shop. One parcel hasn't moved from the sellers drop off location for almost 2 weeks now, the other parcel has been marked as delivered but has not arrived. Customer service is impossible to get through to. Will not be using Relay again, AVOID.

I wish you could not choose relay when buying on Vinted.
My Vinted parcel is ‚lost‘, it supposedly went back to the seller after two missed deliveries, but actually it’s just a glitch in their system, as it was marked to be back for collection with seller right after missed delivery. So the seller went to the shop for pick up, but the parcel couldn’t be found. I tried to contact Relay to figure out where my parcel is but didn’t get an answer, even after their own 72hr deadline. A week and a half later they got back to me to say that it went back to seller, what utter rubbish!
If you can, avoid Relay under all circumstances!!

Has the courier ate my parcel?? showing my parcel is with corrior for like 4 days now.

Relay have had my parcel since Sunday morning and now Thursday evening. It is a birthday present for Saturday. I have emailed them twice no reply. Just filled out a contact form. There doesn't seem to be a phone number for them either. I have contacted the seller where I brought items from who have contacted their logistics team but nothing further. If they have lost this I will not be happy especially as come from abroad. Not time to get anything else. Very poor service. I am feeling very angry right now.

I bought products from alibaba and I have zero knowledge about this courier company, when received parcel then I seen which company delivered then I came to know about it.

Ok so what happened is delivery guy parked in front of my door at evening dinner time and it was sunny and nice bright day and our all doors and windows opened, and in front of door just few steps away, anybody can see inside everything and he sneak very quietly my husband was eating there and kids noise very loud there and tv loud volume there and he didn't press the bell or not knocked on the door nothing and he left parcel on very dark corner and it was looked like some rubbish comes with wind or my son left there some crafts rubbish because parcel was very small.

Around 30-40 minutes after I just went outside randomly for bit fresh air and I noticed one of my solar light which i just bought whole set couple of weeks ago which not turned on then i couldn't see even but luckily suddenly when I turn and I thought whose rubbish came here so I take on my hand ani read company name and my name and address then realised what products is delivered.

Then for 2 days of puzzled how this light suddenly stopped working it was good quality there is no chance to these quickly happen any faulty then I search on cctv camera and I found out that was the relay guy who hit very strongly and broke the light and it stopped because he cross walked on my grass when he returned to car and he realised he hit something then he turned and see as well on floor and he just walked away just avoiding.

AWFUL COMPANY. Ignore all attempts at communication. messages with updates about delivery are false, as they never deliver when they are supposed to. they have now lost my very important package and are ignoring all emails about this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. companies should sever all ties with them.
