Delivered my parcel three times to a Post Office address on a SUNDAY!!!!!!
If your delivery man had a brain he’d be dangerous🤣
What a farce!

Absolutely rubbish, late delivery, just thrown by the rubbish bin in full view when we were in, they have delivered stuff before and just threw it through the front door whilst I was standing there The worst couriers going.

I would give 0 if I could do not use don’t deliver don’t return an item if they can’t deliver it disgusting DO NOT USE

Delivery made to my neibour when I am at home. No attempt made by the driver to deliver to me. I did not hear any knocking on the door or hear my doorbell.

Parcel delivered with notice being 4 drops away.

So I opened front door when passing, the amazing courier lady was so kind as to give me the parcel could see I'm disabled not good my pins..

Parcel delayed, contacted customer support as requested by the tracking and unsurprisingly received no response at all!
Relay, you request customers not to make multiple enquiries? Well they wouldn't have to if you responded to the first one!!

Absolute rubbish. Parcel didn't turn up got i touch with customer service and sent them an email with the tracking number and they replied that they didn't pick my parcel up and the tracking number don't exist. Then they tried to blame the seller. Bad customer service as they take ages to reply and bad attitude.

They should only offer the collection service the delivery is rubbish told next drop view tracker and is going other way I waited 3 hours but I had to go out tried to change it to drop of point as I knew I would struggle being in and it wouldn't let me do that absolutely rubbish I won't be purchasing from any sellers using relay in future oh and delivery still hasn't arrived now told could be tomorrow and the customer service takes up to 3 days to get back to you how does that help absolutely garbage avoid like the plague

The delivery with this service is very poor.The driver will leave the items wherever they like and won't even press the door bell.They take the photo and send to say this parcel has been delivered.Today I was waiting for a parcel which I have ordered from Shein and I got the message from Relay and Shein to say my parcel is been delivered at 5.47pm.I was wondering they didn't even use the door bell,as soon as I received this message I went out of the house to collect the parcel but it wasn't there.They have taken the photo and collected the parcel with them.How stupid is this .Very careless drivers and I haven't got my parcel I have paid for .Very angry customer 😡

If I could give zero stars I would. Frequently lost parcels or long delays. No real tracking on app and shocking customer service. I wont buy off vinted now if this is the courier to be used.

Losing parcels left right & centre. Don’t bother emailing customer service they’ll just completely ignore you. What an absolute useless, incompetent “company”.

My parcel is late, was attempted yesterday but was not at home. Ive been to the relay shop where it has been sent to and his reply from him was, 'I don't know' !

I purchased some items from Vinted and chose a local shop that took deliveries from Relay and this was offered on the Vinted app at the point of purchase. I received a notification that it was at the shop. When I got there they told me that they would have sent it back because they did not have the equipment to deal with Relay deliveries. The seller has had no notification of this and I’ve been to the shop again to be told the same thing. I won’t chose Relay as an option going forward

I've had a theft from a parcel. Plus parcels gone a miss & never reached the buyer or myself.

How do you expect customers to get in touch with you? Your website is extremely unhelpful, and I have been unable to find any way to contact you directly. There are plenty of pages with information, but nothing that actually helps me resolve my issue.
I am trying to arrange a redelivery for my order, RELRKVX5QH76. The parcel was not accepted by the Post Office, yet your driver has recorded it as “delivered.” How does that make any sense?
I need this issue resolved urgently and would appreciate a clear explanation of what has happened and how I can arrange redelivery.
If this is not resolved, I will certainly think twice about recommending or using your service over the Christmas period.

I created a postage label and sent a parcel the same day it’s taken a week for a courier to collect it
