The delivery drivers just left me to unpack the appliance. I am in a wheelchair so this was very difficult for me. I had thought they were supposed to unpack the item and remove all the packaging so I was disappointed when they did not.

Due to problems there end I did not get my order on the day specified however they did make sure I got it the next day on a Saturday which normally cost a lot it arrived early morning in pristine condition and I am very happy with my purchase and the way they dealt with the problem

Customer service is very poor, Purchased a fridge freezer on 11th October. Arrived on the 14th only to find out and reported on the 15th that the fridge was freezing produce and a faulty. Contacted Reliant for a replacement on 4 attempts we have stayed home to find that the delivery company said they are collecting but not supplying a new fridge freezer, Reliant said it has been lost, we have now asked for a refund due to being let down. Hopefully we will receive a full refund once the product has been sent back. Trying to call the company phone is also difficult often being on hold for 30-45mins. I feel like they are happy to take your business, no customer care afterwards. Avoid disappointment incase you end up with a faulty appliance which can happen

Bought American fridge freezer yesterday. Arrived today. Process easy and delivery was super fast . Would definitely use again first before going to the larger organizations

Ordered a HYE chest freezer from Reliant. Delivery was on time which I appreciated. Unfortunately the unit arrived with significant dents on the surface. I would have requested a refund/replacement if I hadn't needed it so urgently. Disappointing, as I expected better condition for a new appliance. It is working for now, but hopefully it doesn't develop any further faults given the damage. Customer experience could be improved with better packaging and quality checks.

Ordered a freezer late Friday and it was delivered this morning as per schedule. E mail giving delivery time sent the night before and an excellent tracking system kicked in this morning. The driver delivered the freezer to the designated room.
I will certainly be using this company for all my future electrical purchases.

Dean was friendly, very efficient and explained everything really clearly. A fantastic service.
