No one answered phone for 20minutes when trying to get in touch about my delivery 3rd time was better but had to ring at 9am. Delivery was 1 hr late but not notified about delay, was 2 till 4pm came at 4.45pm

Change your delivery company.Your delivery on your website does not correspond with the courier co.That is why I cancelled my order.

Fantastic result in buying our American fridge freezer from yourselves, excellent quality, great service, the price was the best around, knocking your competition out the park, delivery guys we're brilliant and brought it in via the back garden.

Communication poor didn't deliver when they said tried to make out it was my issue saying I ordered at 1pm for next day delivery so was to late when invoice clearly states it was ordered at 8am and when it arrived had big sticker saying next day delivery.Sorry but would not recommend very poor service.

The item was delivered damaged we tried to phone but there was no answer, sent an email and yet to reply.

The fridge is lovely but unfortunately came with a small dent on door a 2 scratches on the ather door ather then that a beautiful fridge diverery men unfortunately split lino

I paid for the new machine to be installed but as the old machine was hard wired this was not done

I think the fridge freezer is great looks really good but I am concerned it's not getting cold enough the fridge part, I have altered the temperature to 3 Celsius and I am keeping my eye on it just a bit concerned
