I purchased an integrated fridge freezer from Reliant, but unfortunately it arrived in a severely damaged condition, with multiple dents, including one particularly large and noticeable defect.

I reported the issue promptly, and two days later was offered a £30 refund on a £270 product if I was willing to “live with it as it is.” This response was disappointing given the extent of the damage. I subsequently contacted them again to clarify my position regarding the warranty and whether the item would be eligible for return if problems arise once installed and in use. It has now been a further two days without any response.

Overall, I have found the customer service to be poor, and the condition in which the item arrived was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.

I had issues which turned out to be my fault not Reliants fault but the ladies, Isla, Chloe, Ellie and Katie were brilliant. They couldn't do enough I'm sure some companies would have said it's your fault you sort it but not these ladies. Many thanks for a great service and my apologies for getting it wrong.

I purchased an integrated fridge/freezer from this company, but unfortunately the unit arrived badly damaged. There was a noticeable crack on the front body of the fridge, and one corner was bent.
I immediately raised a complaint about the damage. Instead of offering a proper solution (such as a replacement or a full refund), they only proposed a partial refund of less than 10% of the purchase price. Reluctantly, I accepted their offer via email. However, after I replied confirming my acceptance, they completely stopped responding. I am still waiting for the promised refund. No updates, no communication — nothing.
Very disappointed with both the quality of the product delivered and the extremely poor customer service.
