There are issues with the rent cafe app and website and no one is willing to help me correct it, even though I’ve called many times! It’s frustrating as heck! For one, I can’t add both Lafayette Hastings LLC and Grand Rapids housing commission. I understand the fact that my limited vision makes it more difficult, but someone should be able to contact me directly and either fix the issue at their end or walk me through step by step. Also, there is no “mailbox” in the app or the website. Users are not given the opportunity to view previous correspondences, even though we are told we can. Lastly, accessibility stinks. When I first tried to fill out an application, all I heard was a list of numbers, not knowing what any of the numbers meant, or which, if any apartment I was applying to. Yes… contact me and work with me!

The whole experience so far has been top notch and world class assistance with all be the recommendations and also with the easy access features you have to offer 🫴🏽

I don't know. I haven't gotten into it yet. I'm trying to figure it out.

They changed their login system and to get logged in is via my email that i can't access and i must change that info. through property mgmt. where i rent from and it's on a weekend. Talk about a way to make it make me LATE for rent pmt. I wish our property mgmt. would change their system into not using this one.

I put in a maintenance request for a stopped up kitchen sink and have not gotten a reply from AH4R and here it is the weekend so we will have to deal with this All Weekend?

Horrible app. Wont let you pay from android operating system. Does not take you ditectly to payment page. Homeowners and property managers are better off using zelle. This app is awful. I am trying to pay my monthly rent today and when I tap on the make payment button nothing happens this has been going on for 2 days. Much more convenient to pay for my phone then to use an actual computer. If I could give this zero Stars I would. Apparently there's a Reddit forum that supports my opinion as well.

I forgot to unlock my account, And re-tired to pay again then you wouldn't let me! Thinking someone else was trying to pay my bill?! Who in the world would want to pay someone else's bill !!!! Had to wait 24 hours before I could pay.

I Your webpage is impossible to navigate. I have to use that shitty Paige at the current building I live at and then I had to use my secondary email address so I can sign up at the new building but they say Then I’m one click away but instead I’ve got a wait for the verification code every time I sign in with a shitty service

This is the worst website I've ever used. Definitely don't trust the app to download it. It took hours just to "like" a few apartments, but after repeatedly trying for several hours to complete applications, I give up. It won't let me access the application process. Going to work with homes that don't use this garbage.

The apartments I inquire about is showing it's still available but when I inquired several times no one even had the courtesy to let me know if they are still available. I kept inquiring several times with no response at all

Help me the progross to move to new better, new future
