Good fair service. appreciated!!!

Rent heros helped me saving 50000 DKK in a year. They worked so efficiently and made a settlement with the landlord and made it possible to get back all my overpaid rent and deposit with interest.
I highly recommend that all those who are living in rent controlled houses should at least try Rent Heros and ask them to review your rental agreements.

I contacted Rent Hero when the landlord wanted to increase my rent, because I felt I was already paying too much as it was for the value of the apartment.

Mads and Alex are very professional and friendly.
The communication was excellent. They always replied within a short period of time, they did their best to answer my questions and to make me understand all the legal aspects of the process, considering that I had little to no knowledge about them.
At every step, they presented me all the possible options to move forward, and gave me their honest opinion whenever I was unsure about how to proceed. Their transparency was much appreciated.

I contacted Rent Hero because me and my roommates believed that we might be paying too much rent. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email from Alex asking for more information regarding our case. We discussed all the specific on the phone the following day, and Alex really took the time the explain all the details and answer all my questions. Although we decided not to pursue the case, as we were advised not to due to our specific living situation, the phone call discussion helped me understand what our best options were.

Bonus point: we were made aware that we might be charged too much for our water bill, so we might save a few bucks on that! :)

I am satisfied with the service. Easy and clear communication, fast and effective service. Team was helpful and flexible with pro-client approach. We closed the case very smoothly. Fee rather high but compensated with fast and good service, on my own I would not have time not the knowledge and the process might have taken longer.

As his name indicates, he is actually a Renthero. With his actions we achieved a settlement to lower our rent and get money back for more than a year's overcharged rent. In addition, his commission I think is fair especially for foreigners who wouldn't represent themselves and do not speak the language. The whole process was fast and easy (I guess it also depends) and he was very helpful.
