I had to reach out to customer service for my first delivery and they were extremely helpful, rectifying the issue. But the five stars is for the meat! I've been trying to eat more organ meat and their ground beef with 15% organ meat is amazing! I eat it almost daily now.

The way the meat is butchered leaves a…
The way the meat is butchered leaves a significant amount of fat that other farms do not leave on the meat. When I remove the excess it reduces the total weight a lot. Also, there is a lot of fluid still in the meat which also increase the weight. This is compared to other ranches selling the same product. I won't buy again because I feel I'm not getting the weight I'm paying for.

Hi Chad, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We really appreciate that. Typically we have great feedback on our steaks, so I’m really sorry this didn’t happen for you. As stated on the paper we placed inside your box, we do ask for photos anytime there is an issue or weight discrepancy so that we can get a better understanding of what you received and address a potential problem in case something was sent in error. Regarding the liquid, there should not be an abnormal amount of liquid in the packages as our beef are dry-aged for 7 to 14 days before packaging.
As we try to buck the entire conventional system of the meat industry, our products will not always fit into a perfect package or will be the same each time. These are part of the challenges of raising animals regeneratively and not conventionally. Even grass fed/finished beef varies from one farm to another and from one grass fed/finished beef to another. Conventional beef will almost always fit into a perfect mold each time, same size, shape, consistency, but for us that is impossible. Each beef we deliver is grass fed and finished from the day it’s born to when it is harvested and this sometimes creates inconsistent sizes in the primal cuts amongst animals and may occasionally affect appearance, weight and thickness of individual steak cuts. We are small family farms and use small family owned processors that hand cut the steaks. We don’t have the equipment to do that.
But what we can offer consistently is the health benefits of our grass fed and finished beef. We truly do appreciate you giving us a try Chad. Thank you again! We are super grateful for you!🙏🏻🥰

I love the quality, tasty products. Have tried most everything. Love the packaging. Have a couple of subscriptions going which has been challenging keeping straight. One goes to me. One goes to kids. But over all, I absolutely love everything about REP Provisions.
I would like to have OLD ACCOUNT deleted. Maybe delete everything and restart two individual accounts.

I received my first box of beef which was perfect even in upper 90 degree weather. Then I prepared the ground beef for hamburgers ( which was better than I
Have had in 30
Years). Next I prepared a strip steak….it was fantastic !…I enjoyed every bite.

The process was very simple to order the meats I was looking for. The meat is shipped very well packed for preservation and arrives very quickly! The product is noticeably superior to even a local butcher shop.
