The meat was less than hoped for
The meat was not as great as expected. Uneven cut on thickness of ribeyes made cooking time difficult. Size of steaks was smaller than expected. Not bad quality - just less than hoped for...

Hi Barb! Thank you so much for giving us a try and for your feedback! I’m very sorry to hear it wasn’t quite what you were expecting. Each beef we deliver is grass fed and finished from the day it’s born to when it is harvested and this sometimes creates inconsistent sizes in the primal cuts amongst animals and may occasionally affect appearance, weight, thickness of individual steak cuts and tenderness. It’s extremely difficult to make every beef finish exactly the same each time and it will vary from beef to beef due to genetic differences or seasonal differences in grass species they are grazing at the time. But what we can offer consistently is quality and the health benefits of our grass fed and finished beef. We truly do appreciate you giving us a try and supporting regenerative agriculture. Rep Provisions always delivers on time and you' all's meat products are superior to anything I have experience and what I've been purchasing in groceries store and I really mean it...
You' all's personal communications with the customer are top notch throughout the entire purchasing process along with the site constantly educating people like myself about how things are supposed to work in nature...
The fulfillment/packers process and the materials used to ship the products in are the best in the business...I am keeping my box that my last order was shipped in and using it for a portable cooler...The quality of the box and liners are that good...No sense in wasting something this good...
Thank you Repprovisions for everything and I will be ordering more very soon...I am just waiting on you' all to re-stock a big tenderloin roast which you' all are out of stock right now, but I check back everyday for it...lol

I have bought from rep several years
I have bought from rep several years. All the way from Florida. It means alot to me to have quality beef,chicken ,pork. After trying vegan eating for a year I grew tired,no energy. So i decided to look for quality beef,i love the primal blends they do. The liver,spleen,heart do my blood work well. I like supporting what Rep does in there farming. They always come very frozen,packed well . I recommend to those in my path and thankful to have rep supply me with such Ggggreat products.

Excellent packaging
Excellent packaging, all products came in still frozen! Shipment came fast through UPS. I didn't use the extra cost for insurance, but tip the packager instead. Would order again in future for this quality meat.

Chicken is superb
I put a whole frozen chicken from my first order into the instant pot. Four hours later, I ate one leg and thigh and have since eaten it all. It tasted great, and I will not hesitate to order your chicken in the future.
