The Primal Blend packages were all under weight. They were all close to 12 ounces rather than 16.
On the other hand; Even though they shipped halfway across the country and it was 100 degrees F when delivered, everything was still frozen solid.

Bacon
I love your bacon, but the last two months the bacon was pretty fatty, not much meat. When I first started buying meat from you the bacon was great. The bacon is very expensive so if I continue to get bacon that is pretty much fat I will discontinue.
I do love your breakfast sausage, primal hamburger and beef sticks.

Hi John! Thank you for your feedback! We’re so happy you are happy with the products! I’m very sorry for the odd shaped packages. I can assure you the meat has not been thawed and then refrozen. Sometimes when the meat gets packaged and if it’s not stacked just right before freezing, the packages can mold and freeze into odd shapes. We support small family owned processing facilities that don’t have some of the same commercial equipment that larger operations use. So even though it doesn’t always look as presentable as we’d like, it is still perfectly safe to consume. Again, I’m very sorry about that.
