I drive a Tesla and went out in the morning to go and charge my car for some work I had on the day to find my tyre completely flat, I rang Tesla to help me who were absolutely useless and wasted my whole morning messing me about. I then found Rescuemate online contacted them and they turned up to change my tyre within an hour, they were very efficient and helpful and did not take them long at all to change the tyre when they got here. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I’ve filled in a request for a callback and they called two minutes later. David was really professional and helped me through the process. As a teache, I wasn’t available before 4:30 and booking was made for that time. The driver called me at 4:40, letting me know he was twenty minutes away. We met at 5 and my tyre was replaced at 5:40, all tyres were checked. The whole process was extremely smooth, making me forget about the very bad start of the day with a flat tyre! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company!

I drove over a screw on my way home from work, all garages were closed. Rescue mate came out within 2 hours and repaired my tyre on my drive. All sorted within 3 hours of it happening.

Did not need a blown tyre at 6am on the M1, this Monday morning.
However having found RescueMate tyres, Leigh on the phone was really helpful and found my location.
Quick effective service and fitter was with me within 40 minutes. Took 20 minutes to replace and I was back on the road.

Rang rescue mate at 12.30. Tyre was replace by 2 pm. Excellent service. Got me mobile again very quickly.

The engineer kept me informed on time of arrival and was on time, Gary completed job efficiently and promptly, he also pointed possible faults on other 3 tyres and showed me the faulty tyre he replaced . I was impressed

What an excellent service! We had a flat tyre on the 15th floor of a car park in an area we were completely unfamiliar with. We had called our breakdown service who said they were unable to help as we were in an inaccessible place!!. Luckily, we found Rescue Mate on the Internet and so pleased we did. Kieran was very professional and caring. He got the job booked in within minutes and kept in touch throughout the time we waited for the tyre company to arrive. He was very reassuring and made sure we were looked after. The tyre man from Beecroft Tyres was also excellent- parking his van at the bottom of the car park and bringing his equipment up to us in the lift. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of being rescued when having a problem with their car. Thank you so much for your help! 😁🥳😁

Great experience.. I got a flat tyre on the way to my hospital appointment, I called for assistance and they couldn’t of been more helpful working around me getting to my appointment and getting back to the car which I had left in the middle of nowhere while my daughter collected me and took me to my appointment..
