When promising to arrive on the day requested by confirmation and ringing am and 15 mins prior to arrival. None of that happened and my day was wasted waiting.

Great price through smart-care

Driver who returned my vehicle was on his phone the entire time, and nearly drove off with my parking pass, requiring me to actually knock on the window, and even then continued his phone conversation. No paperwork. No explanation of the result of 'investigative work'. Had to email SmartCare to request MOT certificate and invoice including parts, which then took 4 days to be resolved. Awful customer service, but that's not uncommon anywhere now. Just not a good experience, full stop.

Thanks for the motorway hard shoulder recovery. Dangerous situation handled sensibly with no drama.

Booked this because we had just moved and didn't know where to take the car. Car was picked up and returned efficiently, work carried out as speced and staff polite. What more can I say.

Car belongs to elderly lady. Car failed MOT for brake pads less than 1.5mm, gave quote to replace pads of £115, the elderly lady would have accepted but I declined and would do the work. When I removed pads >5mm left as I had bought new pads I fitted them. Took back for retest passed showed them old pads no interest called AA smart care they had no interest either. This amounts to attempted theft and AA having no interest amounts to being an accomplice.

I booked my car in for MOT and a Service. The Garage did not communicate directly with me that my car had failed the MOT therefore there was a long delay before the AA informed me, in fact I phoned the garage then the AA myself. I dropped the car off on the 18th and it was not ready until 1700hrs on the 20th too late for me to get there to pick it up. I have also discovered that there is AA approved garages which service EVs much closer to my home than the garage I was sent to. If I still have the vehicle next year I will NOT be using the AA nor the garage.

No complaints with the service on the day. Picked up on time handed over & brought back all clean, serviced & MOT.

Wanted home collection as advertised, after a few days advised this was not available. During service and MOT advised car had a couple of advisory things, but not essential. I declined work. Then received further correspondence saying the items were essential. Called AA advised a mistake made, the work was essential. I approved the work. When I picked up the car I was told by the garage only one of the 2 items was essential and 1 advisory! I therefore approved work I did not need too as I was going to sell the car, great!

The mechanic James was excellent very professional and the main thing was he did an exceptional job of fixing my car could not fault him in anyway.

The AA mechanic was very clear about what was required re the replacement of the brake pads. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.
