Service report
Car was not returned to me for 3. Days, apparently due to a delivery problem with a replacement tyre needed for MOT.. Also a trim on driver's side had been sprung ..thiswas not in this state when car left my home. Standard of service was poor compared to that of previous years garage which now does not feature in Smartcare.

Took the time to explain what to do next
The Engineer was polite, carried out a full service and took the time to talk me through what I should plan todo over the next 6mths to keep the car running perfectly to avoid potential expensive issues and MOT problems

Complained to verious departments ref…
Complained to verious departments ref the mechanic not turning up. The AA did not inform me, i had to call in to find out and I was insulted by the call HANDLER FOR DOING SO.
I have been constantly asked to give here my details by the AA that are personal. Being a member for years they have my details.
Be warned before you book a service they will threaten you if you don't keep an appointment you maybe be charged. If they don't appear. Tough luck.
Give me an email that will be responded to? The last time I was asked to supply reg. Miles. Etc.

Highly recommend
A great experience having booked online and receiving a well priced cost to replace all brakes pads and discs the garage recommended did a fantastic job and completed the work quickly so my car was ready within two hours of drop off. Excellent service highly recommended.

Attention to detail issues
Had tyres, service and MoT. Got car back and still had needs oil change and service soon lights showing. 4 days later, total breakdown of car and missing alternator belt
