Richard advised on a plan to replace my faulty Triton shower. He managed to fit me in early Saturday morning at short notice and replaced my shower within half an hour. Friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Richard and Response Plumbing.

Richard came to fix my toilet and he did a top notch job. Despite having booked a specific time at the end of the day, he called on the morning to say he could come earlier. He arrived already prepared with a replacement part, however an additional item was required, which he ordered straight away and said he would be back later in the week to install it. Just a few hours later he called to say he had located the part and could do the work the same day. Toilet is now fixed thanks to Richard’s timely and efficient work.

Response Plumbing was easy to deal with and Richard explained what work was required and carried it out promptly without any fuss. He provided a video of the required work and came with a range of spares. Highly recommended.
