Easy. Trustworthiness.

The driver was ‘pissy’ when he arrived bc i asked for an ETA and he thought he had already provided one. They were 15 minutes early and unhappy that I wasn’t completely ready. They broke a picture off the hutch and when I pointed it out said, ‘uh…sorry?’ He charged me an extra $90 bc my desk is an ‘office desk’ and then couldn’t get the desk out of the house without removing the door but didn’t want ‘liability for removing the door.’ So I still have the desk, was charged for an extra extra large piece bc my hutch could be considered two pieces and a charge for taking something to the dump that is still in my house. The driver was grumpy, unhelpful and rude. His helper did a great job but I was left in tears and with broken stuff when they left!

There were several update communications with the driver before they arrived. Their review of all 12 items was done respectfully and the revised estimate was given to me immediately. While they loaded the furniture, I was able to complete my pickup transactions without any delays. The team of two men did they job without any issues. They were great and I gave a larger gratuity the I had planned.
Booking this pickup was the easiest processever!

The communication was first class. Mel and his co-worker were very pleasant and worked efficiently. Nothing was damaged in the loading process.

I requested a pick-up for a hospital bed, Hoyer lift, and a couple other items of durable medical equipment. I was given an estimate that proved to be accurate when I was billed. I was given options for pickup which started on the next day. I was given email notifications which informed me who the driver was and what the license plate number on his vehicle was - which was unexpected but appreciated. The driver notified me when he was heading my way and gave me an accurate ETA. The two guys on the team were friendly and polite and moved my stuff out to their truck in a very short period of time. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

ReSupply kept me informed on when the driver would get there. They came with 5 men. All polite and respectful. After inventory was taken and approved, they started to work. Smooth, and did question when they had a concern. Was pleased with their work.

I'm glad to be donating to help others. Thankfully ReSupply responded to my request of picking up all the furniture left behind when my mother had to go to an assisted living location. They were very careful and personable and I appreciate their hard work.

Communication was great and drivers arrived when they said they would and took all of our furniture away professionally. Also the app was very easy to work with and had very good tracking system.

The crew who picked up my furniture for donation arrived on time and ready to work. The had problems removing my furniture and placed it carefully on their truck. I know feel assured that my donation is on its way to a new home and will make an impact.
