Estimate was wrong
They moved the furniture respectfully. I got an estimate online of approximately $350 but after the furniture was removed the bill was over $500. I uploaded photos when I reserved, I was disappointed that I didn’t get an accurate estimate.

The men who picked it up were 30 minutes later than the 4 hour window given. They did not read the pick up location directions I gave. I was charged for 3 items instead of one simply because the couch comes apart, which should be considered easier. However, they were polite and worked quickly.
