The guys showed up within the timeframe they said they were and were quick to load. Easy communication.

I'm glad to be donating to help others. Thankfully ReSupply responded to my request of picking up all the furniture left behind when my mother had to go to an assisted living location. They were very careful and personable and I appreciate their hard work.

Communication was great and drivers arrived when they said they would and took all of our furniture away professionally. Also the app was very easy to work with and had very good tracking system.

The crew who picked up my furniture for donation arrived on time and ready to work. The had problems removing my furniture and placed it carefully on their truck. I know feel assured that my donation is on its way to a new home and will make an impact.

There were items we believed they were taking that they rejected on arrival (not based on condition but item type-china cabinet, bed frames etc). These were items we checked on their list and we uploaded pictures in advance so it would have been great if we knew sooner. They outsourced a junk hauling company to take the items and they came with an open truck. It started pouring rain which I am concerned damaged the furniture. Also, it’s very difficult to speak with someone if needed.

The gentlemen was on time, very nice and there was no problems loading the donations.

Scheduling a pickup was fairly straightforward, although it automatically identified an unfamiliar charity as the recipient of my donations with no capacity to change to preferred charity. Submitting a complete list of every item can be cumbersome. Pick up was easy although I was surprised to see my items loaded into a U-Haul truck instead of an official company truck or trailer.

The booking process was simple and I could get pick-up within days that fit my schedule. Every step was confirmed and more than once. Drivers arrived within the scheduled window and let me know when they were on the way. Both men were friendly and handled the items with care. Later that day I saw my items already on display at the destination. I will use them again.

Pros: glad to be able to use them to support my local habitat for humanity with donations; efficient pickup and communication upon arrival; easy to schedule

Cons: recycling costs for items not available until after arrival, despite describing items that needed recycling in my pickup request; inconsistent communication about pickup time and long waits to get corrections/updates from customer service

There is absolutely NO reason I should have to pay $500 to make donations. There is no justification for that. It seems free pick up was conveniently not available so you’re charged for someone to pick your stuff up. But $500!!! And I tipped the young men who actually did the work which it only took them 5 minutes to do. That was an extreme rip off and I won’t ever use this service again.
