Good and handy material, but a bit pricy

I always have a positive experience with Rezume. They have a warm and relatable approach and the level of knowledge and experience is evident which has helped to supplement my career at the highest levels. Following an interaction with Rezume I always feel supported, motivated and inspired.

We used this company to conduct a mock interview to get myself ready for my interview with OFSTED for the position as a registered service manager.

The interview was conducted professionally and exactly how OFSTED conducted it. The questions asked where the same as what I was asked from OFSTED.

The feedback I received was amazing I knew exactly what I needed to focus on, but what I found really helped the most was the confidence it gave me.

I feel they played a huge part in me smashing the interview and getting approved as the registered service manager.

We have had an amazing experience with Rezume, Rezume offers a variety of support for new providers. Maggie is really knowledgeable and is always contactable when you need her. We have recently undergone our first inspection and we received’Good’ in all areas Thank you Maggie!

Your pricing is unjustifiable, imo!

I received the documents very quickly and have continued to receive supportive emails. I welcome their assistance and recommend Rezume highly.

Some very good policies and procedure and documents I purchased and will recommend to others

I found it simple to make the online order. The documents I purchased where emailed to within minutes. I also had follow up emails from this company to ensure I was happy with the products and customer service.

Great choice of documents to support any children's home

This start-up package is truly complete! everything was available to download. I'm so happy that I made the decision to order this package, there was some area where I still needed to improve and research.

I would highly recommend Rezume Care Management Consultants! I have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and supportive. We recently secured their services to undertake an external review of our RFC and conduct mock interviews for the RI and RM.
