Purchased a Children's Homes specific Staff Handbook - unfortunately if was more based around employment than the operations of staff in a children's home - good publication if you have nothing and are setting up from scratch otherwise not that useful.

My colleague and I are currently doing research into opening our own home, and are in the very early stages of this. We did not know where to start and when researching, we stumbled across Rezume.
